We bought a zombie form this Halloween city and it didn't come with a hose like it said it did so.we.went to talk to them and the manager was being mean to my uncle before he could even ask anything she just dismissed him right away. Management is not good at all.

Phone prompts are convoluted. I called the store to ask about a costume at 1:00 pm on a weekday and wasn't given an option to do so. There was no way for me to ask about a costume at a halloween store!

First of all, when the link for map/directions routes me to the apartments in the sponsoring ad. After putting the address in manually, I am at the address given and there is no Halloween City here. The space is under construction to become Soccer World.
