Area storm residents who need to replace clothes due to flooding will find a wide, clean and well organized selection at very low prices.

This goodwill is definitely not well kept like all the other ones in Wisconsin. I always see workers talking and standing around instead of helping others. Everything seems very dirty and the bathrooms are terrible.

Great

I'd just like to say that I have shopped Fenton's Good Will Store since it opened. It is the BEST. Why? Because the help is ALWAYS courteous, helpful, pleasant and gentle. The book section is wonderful. The selection is great, organized, and varied, except when someone other than Gary works in these sections. The atmosphere is terrific. It is ALWAYS clean, smells good, and the music is appropriate. Is there a website for this store?

Prices

I have noticed that in the last few weeks the prices of the "used" clothes at the Victor Goodwill have increased to the point of being almost ridiculous for what you are getting. Prices on some items are almost the same as if you were buying new. What has happened? It's a sad day when you can't even afford Goodwill clothes any longer! Bring the prices back down.......

Great bargains, huge selection.

Great deals, clothes are sorted by color and not size so do plan on taking your time. Has coffee shop and books to read if you want to bring the hubbie or whoever and they can relax and read and have something to drink. Namebrand clothes great prices. You have to be prepared to go in and shop, have bought bargains Ann Taylor, The Loft, all names as in the mall. Happy shopping deal lovers.

Charge way too $$ for their stuff and that includes everything. If they'd knock 25 - 50 cent off everyt clothing item, they might get more customers. Sam way with furniture...charge way more than a yard sale would!!!! Most junk anyways

Unfriendly Employee

I was in there, on 3/19 around 1-2 pm, and as I was being checked out, the clerk never uttered a greeting or said a word. She also never said thank you, come back, or anything. She just had this irritated look on her face all during the transaction. She had short brown hair and probably 20s, early 30s. It made me very uncomfortable.

Really nice store

I've been shopping here regularly for the past 3 years. This store is always nicely organized; the staff is always ready and willing to assist in any way they can. I think my favorite person there is Sabrina. Sabrina has helped me many times if I couldn't find my exact size in a particular color or style. She is fun and easy going, but not too pushy.

I have to say the folks at this store are always friendly and upbeat, the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a pleasant welcome and smile, but it doesn't stop there. They extend that greeting and their service to you throughout your visit. In my opinion it is the people who run a place a great environment, no matter where you are. But I personally love thrift buys, so put the two together ..... It is always a great eperience!! I give and receive from this store in more ways than one!

Receipt

First I would like to say this is a really nice store with a lot of nice clothing, house wears, shoes, etc. My concern is I got overcharged twice on two different occasions. First time I got charged for a 5 cent bag which I didn't want. I noticed that when I got home. Second time they overcharged me $5.00 for a 99 cent item. I was in my car when I noticed that mistake and went right back into the store. They redid the transaction on my credit card and so far it has not been credited back into my account. Please check your receipt before leaving the store. I still continue to shop there because of the nice items they have.

Great prices- beware of rude staff

The prices are $1 more than you found from the GoodWill on Wilmington Pike ( located near Target Master just over the DE/PA line heading north on 202). The Exton GoodWill staff was NOT friendly, however. During my visit, I signed up for the discount reward card. The cashier spelled my name completely wrong on the card even though i wrote it correctly and clearly on the information card. I asked her to correct the spelling and she reapplied " it does not matter". Clearly, it matters to me, the CUSTOMER. Then as I am leaving the store with my young child, who was sitting in a stroller, i had trouble getting out of the store as the doors are heavy and I was pushing a stroller. NO one offered to help me open me open door. Employees watched me struggle and NO ONE offered to help!! Shopping in the Exton GoodWill is worth the prices, and section but NOT the service.

I have been shopping at the Oddie Blvd store since I moved to Sparks. I have gotten the best clothing bargains in town including beautiful cashmere sweaters, a Bob Mackie coat, jackets, shoes and most of all purses, some as cheap as $14.99 for a designer purse you would pay $200 or more for on line or in a store. I also donate to Goodwill and the Reno Gospel Mission. Thank goodness for these stores!

Pleasent

This is a great store for its location. Seeing that there limited shopping experiences for folks on the peninsula, this Goodwill brings in enough variety of products at times to help fill our communities needs. As with any retail experience, there are staff that are "in tune" with the stores enviornment and respond accordingly, with a small mix of staff that "just dont get it", and slow the shopping experience down at the tills. Dont know the chain of command, it seems the "front end" when slammed with check out customers is not a pioriety when it appears "{none regular cashiers}" are fumbeling with small projects.

How are they helping anyone?

I thought that goodwill was supposed to help the community by offering lower prices in their stores, but it seems like I can go to a retail store and buy the same items for the same price or less. How is this right to charge retail for used items that were DONATED in the first place? That doesn't help anyone. And they sell things even when they are broken or stained. They wont let you return things that are seasonal, even if they are broken when you bought it. And a lot of the clothing smells like perfume, so it isn't even clean. Why pay retail price (or more) for a used, dirty, broken item when you can spend the same amount on brand new stuff? I think they need to re-evaluate their system.
