I don't like how there they say 3 dollars and up for coats, but most of the ones that are up are not marked. They tell me to look on the inside of the coat for the amount but I dont even see the price when I do. Same thing happened for a shirt I saw. Was on the 3 or 4 dollar rack but when I brought it to the register she told me it was 6 dollars.I saw no tag.... Also, one of their booths do not have a mirror. However, I have found some nice things in their and the team is friendly.

I have had nothing but excellent service from this store. The manager has it all under control.She is so delightful and helpful, wish more stores were like this one.Have shopped at the stores in Charleston,Vienna and Pt. Pleasant . Ripley is the best of them all. Will continue to make the drive there to shop......Rita

I think ur prices are too high. U've change alot of things like the last weekend of the month everything half off. Thats no more and senoir days are only on monday, ur prices are getting to high. Also the store clises at 6. Well those plp in newport. Start at 5:30 telling us to get to the counter cuz there closing.

I have had terrible customer service and serious BBW attitude both times I have been in that store! I even received attitude when attempting to make a donation because "you need go roun back" really? Drive ten minutes up the road and the girls at the cliffdale area store are MUCH MUCH better

The Manager and Asistant Manager both started cursing at me (The Customer) because I wanted to contuning shopping but they wanted me to leave the store because I was the only customer and it was fifteen minutes until closing time. After being treated so poorly and spoken to so rudely I requested the District Managers phone number and all they would tell me is that they were going to be unreachable because they were on vacation. I am very very unhappy and felt harrased:(

Expensive for used things- I've seen cheaper clearance at nice department stores. Our Goodwill doesn't seem to have the deals most of the country does, either. It is a large, mostly clean store, but the clothing is sorted by color and it takes forever to find your size. No quick in and out, especially if you are looking for a specific item. The housewares are also expensive, don't expect to find say picture frames at a bargain that you can redo... They had some frames that Dollar General had for a dollar more. Same with Dollar Tree items- almost without fail a buck or more.

I love this store, good stock and lots of smalls. I also like because thay have the Plus size not with the small sizes. Nice clean store great sales staff.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores to go to in Cumming .The only bad thing I can say is that the prices can be a bit ridiculous . They get the items for free so I think the markup should be considered when they price it .I have found antiques there that are cheaper then some of the reg. items .What's with that? The people are very nice and it is kept straight for the most part,ecept for when parents let there kids run wild like they are @ a playground.The bathrooms need to be updated BIG TIME YUCK !!! The great thing is that they are putting people to work that want to work .

Do not donate or buy anything as they overprice old stuff and throw away good things that good people donated into garbage if they don't sell it in one week!!!!

i just recently made a visit to this goodwill store in the airport plaza and they had me at hello. its been a while since i have been there. before the store was so dull and the people were so dry, now you walk in and you are greeted with a smile, everyone seems so cheerful. they always have the store so beautifully decorated with eye catching displays.i am a big thrift shopper and i shop at alot of the other goodwills and this is the most cleanest one. the staff there is so helpful and the manager is the most gracious person, i love her !!! she is like my personal stylist,i am always walking in there with no idea on what im wearing to work or to an event and she whips up something fabulous in ten minutes! and also gives me tips on what does/doesn't flatter my figure lol, this store is always full of great things. check it out!!

The store is great. Good stuff. However, never go to a certain cashier. He appears to be Indian and his name tag says 'Abdul'. He is very cheap. He has charged us the price of a blouse for a graphic t-shirt. When it was decided that it was a t-shirt, he flipped it and said the t-shirt was just that, but the t-shirt he previously said was one, was now a blouse. We just had another problem with him, calling a regular dress "formal", and,trying to charge $4.00 extra for it. Seriously, yes, go the store, but, skip his line!

Why is it so hard to learn what the store hours are to drop off a donation? This is not something to be vague about.

This is the cleanest goodwill I have ever been in! Not only is it clean but the workers are awesome! They have great sales and a great selection of clean items and clothing. Don't even bother going if you don't have money. you will find something you want!

when you think of goodwill, you think of value to the community. but the winder ga store is a disgrace. that store is a cesspool for adulterous behavior, please take my advice, don't encourage anyone of your loved ones to get a job there, and i for one will donate my items to other thrift stores before i support a home wrecking organization who refuses to uphold their own policies and hold their management team accountable for fraternization with married subbordinates

The hard goods and furniture sections are wonderful and bigger than all the other stores. I would like to see them to expand their hard goods and furniture sections. People look through those sections like crazy and they have wonderful deal on all their furniture.

Dropped off some items and decided to take a peek in the store. Rack full of unmarked purses when you walk in, I picked one and asked associate how much, gave me a run around that the tag was removed and said she could not sell it to me and had to take it to the back. Gee I donated and wanted to buy. I think she wanted the purse. Salvation Army from now on!!!!

This store USED to be great. It seems like they have had a change in management along with a few big changes in the store. Prices are MUCH higher, and most make no sense. You can almost get things for retail at the same price! Hate the changes, but I guess they DO have to pay their executives salaries which are notorious for being extreme!

the store is clean and the employees are great and friendly. However, one problem. The problem are the customers hanging around the back grabbing items before it hits the floor. These people I am speaking about are buying for stores of their own and re-selling it. There are truly needy people in this county and they could use these items. I don't even try to see if there are any items because you couldn't get to it fast enough before they rip the tags off before it hits the floor or push thru you to get to the item. I have shopped at goodwill in many other places in this area and other states. Paducah is the only one I have seen with these people hanging around in it. I have pretty much stopped going, I only run in for a minute then leave. I wish that management would wait until those people leave and let some else have an opportunity to buy the item and take it home instead of to another shop. Those items will sell without those people. So because I find it rude to approach an employee and rip off tags before the item hits the ground I give this establishment a 2 star.

I love to shop Goodwill stores wherever I go but this store is exceptional in how helpful the staff are and how clean the store is. I'd like to suggest that clothing for women be organized by color though. I've seen that done elsewhere and it really makes finding what women want easy.

I know it isn't easy getting volunteers or others to man outlying sites like Banibrige Island's drop-off location, but simply saying "hours may vary" doesn't cut it.

Pros are its. 59 a pound. Cons are you have to search through large bins. Nothing is organized and I find it a bit overwhelming sometimes.

This is my hobby on Fridays after work. I love this store because I always find something unique to add to my sweet home. This is a very organized and clean store.

I came on your website to see what your hours of operation are since I am from out of town. No hours are listed and simply states hours may fluctuate. One definitely will not assume you come and as you please each day so a general M-F. 9:00-5:00 SAT 9:00-6:00 SUN 9:00-7:00. If your closed on major holidays put a sign up or state it but do not just not let your customers know something. Thank you.

For being a band new store there is already a variety of clothes and furniture all in good condition. The staff is fairly helpful.

I enjoy shopping here except for the tangled hangers that a certain customer is leaving after she goes through all the small and medium women's clothing and men's tshirts. This has been going on for several years. I think she also shops in Sandusky as I have encountered the same problem there. She also turns shirts around so they are not hanging the same way as the rest of the shirts. It's annoying to the rest of us that shop there.

Today I went in looking for a piece of furniture, and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized this store was! The clerk was very friendly and wrapped the dishes I was purchasing even better than I would have. She explained the Goodwill rewards card; it seems like a great incentive to keep shopping there.

I visited your store yesterday, 8/14/2013 and found your staff friendly and store clean. I was looking for canning jars and found a large supply. However, your jars were priced over the cost of new jars. I can get new quarts for 8.00 a dozen. your jars were .99 a quart and .69 a pint. Please resconsider the price on your jars and let me know if you reduce the price

Want to donate to goodwill in Bellmore ? Massapequa?? And probably all other goodwills ?? Sure support the rooks and thieves that work there and pocket all the best merchandise and what ever is left .. Fake designer handbags, and other worthless things .... The hiked their prices to make up for the loss..... And oh sorry no refunds only store credit within 5 days Of you like to donate please donate to a A Synagogue or a church you attend ....... This place is bad news !!!!!!

The Allentown Goodwill is very descent. They have a nice range of donators who bring merchandise. It is well organized and clean.

I visit all the goodwill's in my area and I always find wonderful items at a real bargain at this one!

When I went in the store I could not understand what was being said over the intercom, it was in spanish. I will not be shopping or donating there anymore.

They have a lot of stuff to look at and clean for a Goodwill. It does need more workers and could use more organization.

Got lots of great things clothes, toys, home items but prices are really marked to high!! Way too high. They had a used cheap car toy marked for $3.00 seen the same car toy at dollar tree for $1 go figure????

I would not shop here. I wouldnt send my donations here either, why being that they discriminate against white and black persons. They do not treat their volunteers good, they treat them like disposables when their the ones doing all the work. They let my husband go after only a day and a half saying that he was giving lip. How could they possibly know how well of a worker he is after only concentrating on his looks and appearance. That is a shame, considering that this required by the state for us to recieve benefits, which we would rather ot get but have no choice because of being unable to find jobs. I believe the managers and employees of these establishments should be investigated for unlawful actions against people they personally dont like

Quite a bit of effort went into going thru things and loading a 6' x 20' trailer - full of clothes, toys, and old electronics. Goodwill's website says they take old electronics and I called ahead to confirm. Yes, we take them all. Well, they don't, and I loaded them for nothing and still have a trailer with a dozen items. Also, there is no attempt made to value the contribution. Boxes and boxes of sorted, folded clothes and bags of unsorted, some new, all good, overwhelming amount, and so I made no inventory. For a decent tax deduction I will, I am sure, need someone's estimate outside of my own. But all Goodwill provides is a blank signed card. A great place to buy, I'm sure. No so great for donations.

This company pays minimum wage to everyone including their handicap clients. They claim to help people but the treat employees like slaves and talk to them like dirt. They constantly threaten their jobs for everything, and its sad that most people have to deal with this especially the handicap clients. Management is always yelling at them as if they are paying them a lot of money. The worst company I have ever worked for , that's why they have a high turn over, only dumb , ignorant people with no skills will stay to take the abuse they impose on the employees.

for them to be a second hand store, you think the prices would be reasonable but they aren't. A couch cost $150 easy. We can't afford that on a fixed salary.

This store is the greatest by far. Everything is well organized and prices on brand name clothing and shoes can't be beat.

Will never shop at this store again. I tried several items on, was having trouble reaching and undoing a zipper. I guess they thought I was taking too long. From then on I was treated like a thief. The manager kept watching. The store security person just "happened" to come over and chat with me. The cashier tried to charge me for my own water bottle, as if I was trying to get away with it -- I've never stolen a thing in my life, nor have been tempted to do so. If trying on clothes is counted as suspicious behavior, they don't have to worry. I won't be doing business there. My parents had a business many years ago and I venture to say some ~were- thieves. But we never mistreated our customers or made them feel the way I was made to feel today - especially when they were innocent of wrongdoing.hys

The clerks for the most part are so rude. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. It is also a great shame that the only good thing Good Will has done for lake Charles was the .99 store which was closed without much notice.

Your handbags are older but yet not always in great condition. U need to go back to $5.00 for any bag etc. THE PRICES NEED TO BE LOWER LIKE THEY WERE. YOUR NOT MAKING THE CUSTMERS HAPPY.

I have been a resident of Moscow and a customer of Goodwill for over 30 years. I have recently been noticing the prices of things are well...ridiculous! I am the 99% and until recently, the only time I was fortunate to get something new(2nd hand), was from goodwill, I didn't have a problem with that, I do however, have a problem paying the same price for used clothing as I could at a department store for something NEW! I'm sure there are a lot of "residents" of the city of Moscow that would agree with me

I used to love this goodwill location, after they remodeled the building the store looks great there's no question about it but now the prices are way to high, is evident that the store is not having as many customers than before. I live in chula vista and i used to drive all the way to home ave to shop at goodwill but because of their high i prefer to go to goodwill closer to my house.

There's always something for everyone, I also like the fact that when you go in, you definately find something great to buy.

well all i have to say about this goodwill location..its a circus and a free forall very disapointed on how this goodwill is run! so unfair for the elderly/and the disable all workers in that place look very unprofessional rude..my experiance in there was terrible wasnt' able to look at anything due to all the ppl in there fighting,shoving, ppl holding on to merchindise three full baskets!! managers have favortizime sum dont even get charge for things..and yes i have video thank god i will be using my evidence for proof this got to stop!! eyewitness wants to know?

This is such a nice place all together to people are very friendly and I just had a wonderful shopping experience and I just think my goodness for whoever is taking care of that place and overseeing the in and outs of this goodwill.that you're doing a good job

This store is horribly taken care of. On the 50% days there is hardly any childrens clothes. Just in general the furniture that is put out has tears in it with the cotton falling out and dirty dirty dirty...The toys are HORRIBLE> NOTHING is worth buying. They just get something and throw it on the shelf. I stopped buying toys from there. I just think that some things should just be thrown away. Should be illegal to sell stuff like that, the people that work there arent generally nice.

We like to refer to the bargain center as "The Bins". I work with homeless women and many times we need to have clothing, bras, pajamas and such items when they come to us with nothing but the clothing on their back. I have been able to purchase, launder and distribute beautiful name-brand items to these women for next to nothing. Sofia a worker at this center is a real sweetheart. She takes the time to get to know you and treat you well. I travel 43 miles to get to "the bins" but it is well worth it for the women I serve.

The Goodwill Store located on the West end of Billings has some of the friendliest people I have ever met! The people working in receiving always have a smile on their faces and they act like they love their jobs! Always makes me feel good when I donate something and get a chance to visit with some of them. Good job everyone!

This store is unsurpassed in value for the money. You can redo your entire wardrobe for about twenty dollars. But management really, really needs to do something about some of the customers, who act like animals.
