I went into the Hempfield store to pick up a few steaks and seasonings, and could not believe the seasonings prices. The McCormick Grinder peppercorn and sea salt were priced at $3.49 each. I went to Walmart and found the same ones for $1.99 each for a savings of $3.00 dollars on just 2 items. I used to be in the grocery industry and we used to shop our competitors so we could STAY competitive.It doesn't matter to me how many times you grind your ground beef every day if your prices are way out of line.

This is in a convenient location for me. I can shop here for good deals and polite service. Its never too crowded or messy. I can usually come and go quickly.

This particular Giant Eagle stocks MANY healthy products that others don't. They are very helpful and have ALWAYS gotten in the products I requested. I don't know the managers name but many times he has gone out of his way to help me find things. This is a 5 star store and I love it.

Store service was really great, we just drove up the service line door and called store number and our order was brought to our car. The people were very pleasant and helpful. We went into the store to just look around and found it to be very clean and well organized.

This is so sad, that now our Hartville Giant Eagle is making room for a liquor section. But now it will have one less frequent customer!

Giant Eagle employees are the best! I live in Ohio & my elderly sister (age 93) lives in Pa. Her eyesight is poor so someone else goes to the store for her. She must be very specific when writing her grocery list or the wrong thing is brought home. I call Giant Eagle & the employees are so helpful, looking up brands for me or looking up other info. They are always so polite and helpful. I cannot say enough about the employees of Giant Eagle.

My family has lived in the Canal Fulton area for 20 years and have always gone to this store for our grocery shopping. Everyone is so friendly and helpful - they are like family! Their friendliness and the size of the store is why we continue to go to this particular store. We prefer smaller stores, it helps keep the final checkout bill smaller - if they don't have it, I can't buy it. Yes, I can be an impulse buyer.....There is one criticism I have - the produce department has always been poor. I'm not sure why they can't get fresh produce, but they struggle. I check everything before I purchase it.

The people that work there are the best. It is not all stores you can go to and they are so helpful and nice. Most stores are so big no one knows you and if they help you they are done and move on. Not at parkway center mall GIANT EAGLE . They are so personable with you I will never shop any where else

For sevral weeks now, the supply of "Simnply grapefruit juice", and the, supply of "CHUG"that Icomplained about has been on hand!

On a recent visit to Akron I stopped at your store to purchase some beer from Hoppin' Frog brewery of Akron. I was stunned to find out you not only did not carry any of their beers but the person I spoke to had never heard of it. Hoppin' Frog brewery is rated as one of the top 20 breweries in the world. I live in southeast Ohio and our local store has a much better selection including Hoppin' Frog.

i dont understand why they only have one line open after 12 am. so im in line like@ 11:40 pm. these people hurry up&get in line with 2 carts full of stuff. i asked could i go in front of them. they gone say its not gone take that long. got to be joken. so it was 12:05am when i filnally got up there...the cashier gone say my wic coupons were expired. so i lost out on 3 coupons. dont never go to this giant eagle@ night with wic coupns. they have the worse customer service. they are always under staff. plus they only have one line open after 12am. no self check out lines are open..

The employees are friendly for the most part, but that is about the only thing the store has going for it. Meat is rotten, produce is always moldy and overripe, and their selection is not very broad. Definitely worth driving further to get better product and more for your money.

This is one of the best GEs around.very helpful staff and managers will order in a specific product if you ask.two thumbs up from this weekly shopper..

I have been coming here since I was a little girl with my grandma. We still go once a week. Favorite grocery store & pharmacy from Brunswick to Cleveland !! Keep it up G.E.

Superb selection, good quality, excellent customer service, great bakery and deli, the clean store and more than adequate parking lot make this GE a great place to shop in Lakewood.
