I tried for 3 years to get a specific shade of red and carolyn got it the FIRST time she spent a lot of time making sure she knew exactly what i wanted! Also amazing haircut and blowdry

The only thing that they did correctly was cut hair. That cut uneven on the front of my hair. The sides were also cute uneven. By uneven I mean long and short as well as coming more onto my face then the other side. Lengths were uneven throughout my hair. The person who cut my hair had an extremely shaky hand and skipped over certain places. They are also more expensive Than any other places. So basically it's less than more. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

If you are looking for a customer oriented place keep on going you will not find it here. Went in an hour before closing to get hair cut. The gentleman in front of me signed in, nothing was said to him I attempt to sign in and was told they were done for the day. Couldn't take any more customers you can come back tomorrow and she turned and walked off while saying " you don't want to rush a haircut". Really where has customer service gone? Since when does a business turn away a paying customer. Plenty of hair salons out there willing to take my money. Will not be back.

Bad experience with this place. Will never go back again. First and last time.

I have been going to Fantastic Sams for the past 6 years. The service and quality of the haircuts was moderate. I was neither impressed or dissapointed. I couldn't tell if the person cutting my hair was experienced or not. Overall, if you want to get a simple haircut, this is the place to go. If you want high quality service, then I suggest somewhere else.

My son and I have been coming here for almost a decade. In all that time we each received only a single haircut that we felt was subpar. Service is always quick and pleasant. I will say there are some slight differences in each stylist attention to detail, some more than others. Overall we will continue coming here as long as the service remains above that of the competitors.

I had today Color and a hair cut for short hair, the color is o.k. but the cut is terrible, my friend asked me who cut my hair I was so skeptic and I have now the proof. I'm not going there any more.I've paid 49.95 for the color and 20.00 $ (January special)

I stopped in while shopping in the area. My hair has always been blonde but for the past few years has been pulling a red for some reason. I thought it was something I had to learn to live with. I have gone to several hair salons and had the same issue...leaving with a strawberry blondish color and a disappointed feeling. Well I thank God that Stephanie J was the one to do my hair that day! I explained my issue and she not only fixed my color, but gave me an AMAZING cut!!!! I am so happy with my hair!!!! I absolutely love what she did for me!!!! I cannot thank her enough!! Needless to say, I will ONLY have her do my hair. It came out simply beautiful and the amount of compliments I have received is just proof of her talent!!

I have my haircut @ supercut but needed a desparate fix. Bambie fixed it and did a swell job. Linda was there to ensure me - "do not worry, we make you look good". She right, the haircut look great. There is some spot that need to be grow back' but I do understand. Thank you ladies for helping with my needs.

The Fantastic Sam's Saratoga Springs, Ut is a very good salon for anyone looking to get a haircut. The stylists do a good job, they listen to their clients & know how to accomplish the cut asked for & LISTEN to their clients.My whole family goes there & the stylists come to know their clients & its nice not to feel like "a number" to them. They aren't perfect but I have gone there for years now & I recommend the salon. : ))

This was my first visit to Fantastic Sams. My sister likes them and so I made the decision to stop by one today. My haircut took less than 15 minutes, and the results was it didn't look like I got my hair cut at all. The layers around my face was not well-blended at all. I asked for a trim at the bottom and the stylist only trimmed the back. Overall, I was very disappointing. I spent $14 plus tip for a hair cut that wasn't worth the money. I would have gladly tipped more if I was satisfied with my hair cut. Also, she wasn't very friendly. The first staff I met was but my stylist wasn't. I guess I get what I paid.

I called Fantastic Sams to book a hair appointment for myself. When I arrived on time for my hair appointment, the stylist told me she could not cut my hair because my hair-type was “too difficult to style.” She “confirmed” her point by having the stylist next to her say the same thing to me. I told the stylists that I am a regular customer at Fantastic Sams, and that I never had an issue with other stylists cutting my hair at their salon. However, instead of trying to reason with me, these stylists told me that I have an “attitude,” and that I need to learn to better manage my own hair. I was shocked by their level of unprofessionalism, and I told them that I will not be returning to their salon. Instead of apologizing for being rude to a customer, they chose to shrug their shoulders and laugh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SALON-ANY SALON IS BETTER THAN “FANTASTIC” SAMS.

I went to Fantastic Sam's a couple times at this location during 2012. They were great. I definitely would recommend them. I have long hair, and got a nice cut there! The hairstylist was very nice. She was pretty hip and just moved from a bigger city and was trying to build up clientelle in the mean time. She seemed very skilled at all types of styles. The hair cut was just as good as any salon, but about $20 cheaper.

I went today for the first time, and was glad that Marc was the stylist who ended up cutting my hair. He was friendly, experienced, and gave knowledgeable styling advice. I left with a great haircut, and will definitely be going back.
