I ordered the meal with mixed pieces. I got 6 legs and 6 backs. What kind of mix is that? $27.25 for those 12 pieces along with the sides, 4 tacos, and 2 desert pieces. I am extremely disappointed.
I believe this El Pollo loco is unorganized. They should seriously invest in minor costs to make bathroom look more presentable. Manager should also invest more time in training new bees better. Other than that the food is good. Just a little less complaining and a little more working together as a team!!
On Monday morning I went to your store for my lunch break. Your employee Monique was very helpful , kind , generous . She made me feel very at home. I want to thank her for her service.
Yesterday my dad went to eat to the Pollo Loco on 12930 foothill blvd sanferndo c a 91342 and after he had taken a bite of his chicken he noticed it was bloody. Later that day he got sick and was throwing up. Unfortunately I have to give it a one star to let me post.
