Best damn coffee I have ever had !

The BEST coffee in Minooka. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a great place to hang out with a paper and some coffee.

love the coffee, cant find another dunks that makes it as good. however when that older woman is working the ovens better not get anything, bagels are not that hard to toast but when she does it they are under done, however when asked if she could toast them well they come out burnt. figured would try a samdwich, first one was still cold, second on was on a under toasted English muffin, the the last was so over cooked wasn't able to eat. manager doesn't care and for some reason she is the only one they will let on that station. not only do her cooking skills lack, she has a mouth on her when asked to do something special. I will not get anything hot while she is on that station. the disrespect she gives customers shouldn't be allowed, and management needs to do something before they start losing more business. most of the rest of the staff is great!

I stop almost every night after work at this location, because not only do they make my coffee right but the girls are always nice and personable. I have yet to find another location like it.

The Baskin Robbins attached is always out of ice cream (basic flavors like vanilla & chocolate even). Some days the donuts are stale.

Every time I have been which is 3x since they opened 4 days ago, the personnel are RUDE, they act like it is a bother to them to wait on you. Also handling the food with no gloves or paper. The blonde on the window acted like she was stoned. The food is good but the attitudes need an adjustment

I went through the drive through tonight and was told they didn't sell coffee. The woman was laughing and having herself a great time. I just asked for a coffee. I said "You don't have coffee?" She said "I said we don't SELL coffee... just kidding!HAHAHAHAHA!" I hope she is looking for work in a non-customer service capacity. They have lost my business. There are plenty of DD around with mediocre service that look great compared to this.

This location was ok for the most part but thr employees at this location don't listen they messed up plenty of my orders and L.Shenaz dont listen she charged me 2.02 for a medium coffee and I had a refill cup thats not right my coffee should have been 99cent I will not return to this location

We are frequent customers of Dunkin Donuts in the area and when travelling. Going for coffee in the Hopatcong shop at 7:55 p.m on 8/7/13., ALL the chairs were piled on the tables, restrooms closed and the floor was soaking in bleach. The young men behind the counter said they were closing. What time? 9:00 P.M. There is no need to have this condition one hour before close. The manager/supervisor better take a drive around to see what's going on.

I live 25 minutes to a half hour away from this store. I stopped there to grab a dozen donuts to take to my nieces and nephews. I specifically asked for 8 boston crème and 4 chocolate frosted. When I got home I opened the box to find a variety of donuts which none of the children would eat. On top of that I ordered 2 coffee coolattas - one regular and one caramel. Both were regular. All in all I am very disappointed in the service I received at this particular Dunkin Donuts. I feel like I wasted $16

Awful customer service I go here every morning and the one evening I go because my kids wanted donuts. I ordered a dozen and whoever in the drive thru said they did not have any. He mentioned nothing about waiting eventually I asked are you out of glazed donut? Can I not wait to get it? Then he says yes 8 mins. Being that I will never go back here awful service I just told him no thank you!

I been to this dunkin donuts several times, surroundings look clean, good service, a whole lot have changed since new management took over... momo the guy who is making it look better... this one is my favorite for chicken roll sandwiches...

The employees working there are all yelling, cursing and being disrespectful to customers. The earring area is never clean looking. Tables are ALWAYS dirty. Get some people with common sense working there and then maybe I'd come back.

On July 19th at about 10:30 AM, my husband and I were coming back from Virginia to Connecticut and stopped in at your store, Store #345119 and want to let you know that there were 3 young people working and they were all so polite, pleasant, made our coffee exactly how we asked for it (which hardly happens anymore). I hope by the day & time I gave you that you will know who they are and let them know what a good job they are doing. They were 2 youngs girls and one young man. And I must say that your coffee makers and pots must be kept very clean, as the coffee was the best that I have had at a Dunkin Donuts in a long, long time. Thank You!!!

I am so disappointed in this location i dont ever remember this store being this disfunction.... Ive been coming here for many years before i go to work and on my break for lunch the mornings are terrible there never looks like there enough people. The workers look so miserable and streesed its just not right at all.

They recently did this Dunks over and the staff is terrible now. About 10 people working and they yell at each other in front of customers, give customers attitude and then make fun of them when they drive away (had a friend inside while I was going through drive thru)

They also ignore people waiting to place orders at microphone and say the system didn't pick up on it, well they have a big tv screen with camera showing them if there is a car there! Go to Morning Glories Bakery if you are in Scituate, better food, nicer employees and they have a drive thru you can call ahead and pick up at!

I am so disgusted by this business. Tried calling directly, but the number posted is "no longer in service". Talk about reverse discrimination.... I waited for 20 minutes for a purchase of 12 doughnuts. Just as I was about to leave,,,,,, I was served. The price,,,, $8,99! but I was not even offered my 1 cent change. I will never return to that shop.

I went there 15 minutes before they closed and even if i went there right before they closed they should be ready to serve no matter what! They're getting paid! The cashier was outside enjoying her own drink and when we pulled into the parking lot she glared at us! We got into the place and she forced herself to say hello what would you like today? I went in there before work to order a hot, black coffee. I asked them for a Black Hazelnut Hot Coffee. They gave me iced coffee. When I had told them I asked for hot, they took my cup, dumped out the ice, and gave it back to me. I asked them for a new one, for the cup was only half full with black coffee, and it was in a cold cup. They didn't even look at me and

I love dunkin donuts. This location however, is absolutely horrible! If I could I wouldn't give this place even one star! I USED to go there cause it was close to my house, now I'd rather drive 20 min out of my way to a better location. Every single time I go to the priest and Warner location I NEVER get the coffee I order, each time the coffee I order tastes different. To make matters worse they aren't even busy to make these types of mistakes! Not only does it take them 20 min to take your order but another 20 min to make your coffee completely disgusting! Even on the receipt its wrong! If you want your coffee the way you want it I recommend that you DO NOT go to dunkin on priest and Warner!! The coffee at circle k is way better than the coffee at this location. Heed my warning! Don't go there!

This was the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I go to dunkin almost everyday and I was with my cousin so we went to this one, thinking it would taste the same. The girl did not listen to my order and I had to send it back. Even after sending it back it was still not the way I wanted my coffee. My siste ordered a coffee coolatta and it was extremely dark and tasted like it was carbonated. She said it tasted like coca-cola with coffee mixed in. My mom also got a coffee coolatta and hers tasted the same way. The girl was also rude to us and I won't ever be going back to that dunkin donuts.

Ok, I used to love this DD. They had coffee and donuts and breakfast sandwiches. In the past few months, the service and food has gotten progressively worse. One day they were out of plain bagels and chocolate donuts. Their name is "DUNKIN DONUTS". I guess they get one shipment of donuts a day and you're S-O-L if you get there after the rush or in the afternoon. The last several times were hit or miss with service and food quality. Today was the worst. I ordered at the speaker and by the time I got to the window they had no clue what I ordered. I ordered it again. Five minutes later, out comes the sandwich and I asked for the senior discount. A huffy sigh and she begrudgingly complied. I eat there every morning on my way to work. But, I am seriously going back to McD's I fear. Today the breakfast sandwich ended up in the trash. Wasted $4.84. Not a lot of money, but bad attitude and inedible food add to the sting. The newest crew of this location's DD is the pits-- and hey, can I get a donut????

This is the BEST D&D on the North Shore. Karen & staff are fun, friendly, efficient, and treat customers like family.

I don't not like this dunkin. First of all what dunkin don't have wiped cream like really how lazy are you...I don't recommend this dunkin at all. There was one lady that was rude and disrespectful. I was terribly dismayed to find the Chaplin, Ct. Dunkin Donuts does not offer senior citizens discounts... and here I thought that was universal. Bought a bagel w cream chz oprned the paper to find some left over chocolate chips from the cutting board and ofcourse after telling them change gloves if u ve toiched bacon coz i m allergic to pork period the bagel had bacon fat all over it got off my car went to get another one only when the manager took it very personal and never we opologize instead he kept telling me that we ve changed the gloves to make ur bagel when i watched the guy making my second bagel with same gloves he picked bacon with in a prior sandwich which i told the manager but still kept making feel like a liar. Guess what its my health n i am gona skip dunkin donuts all together taking my buz somewhere else

Lets be honest here people, i love dunkin donuts. I faithfully buy their product on a daily basis. But if you're going to hire people that don't like working there, FIRE THEM. When Thank you is in reply to them handing you your food, and "YUP" with an awful attitude is the response, it wakes you up more than the coffee does, and not in a good way.

I was the only customer inside and didn't get serve! All I wanted was iced latte and dozen of donuts. I was told that latte machine is broken which I can understand, things like this happen - but after that sales person turned her back on me and continued in conversation with a manager. When I asked manager if I can buy something else - she answered that she is counting the money and she left.When I asked for her name she told me that she doesn't have to tell me:) So even thought that I was only 1 customer inside with 2 sales associates and 1 manager working - I left with no coffee or donuts - all I've got was the rudeness! 1 star goes to the owner for opening this location.

Terrible.... This morning I decided to go in to the store instead of the drive thru...What I found was gross. The young girl behind the register put on a pair of gloves, THEN took my money, gave me my change and THEN selected my 25 munchkins with the same gloved hand! But, what is worse.... in between handfuls of donuts going into the box, SHE QUICKLY WIPED HER NOSE WITH THAT SAME HAND! My bagel was burnt. The store was fifthy. AND I received no reciept. This is extreamly unsanitary. I have called the health board. Hopefully something will be done. But I wont be taking any more chances at this place! Terrible...just terrible!

Been going here daily for years. Some of the newer male employees like to wear their pants low in the back. Pull them up. I don't want to be looking at your underpants while you're preparing my food. If it doesn't change, you will lose a year's long, daily customer.

I have been to dunkin donuts all over the united states. I order 4 cups a coffee a day 7 days a week. This is by far the best dd I've been to. The employees are the best and even put smiley faces on my coffee. One employee in particular makes my day with their 'above and beyond attitude' that has been a lost form in todays customer service. That employees name is Drew and hopefully she ll get recognition for outstanding service. :-)

This is the worst store service wise. There is a woman in the afternoon who has a nasty attitude because they are bizzy.

The service is a little sloppy. For example, the ice cream was given to me as if a 6 year old put it together (ice cream dripping from the sides). I would just suggest "be much neater". It just opened, so I would give them time to get the hang of it.

I come there every night at the same time and laricia M is so very sweet thoughtful and polite. She has the biggest smile and that's what its all about . I enjoy my visits there what a wonderful worker she is.

I went there this afternoon in a rush because I was at the middle of a dr. consultation right across the street and was hungry.. I asked for a chicken wrap and seriously, there was no more customers except me. The guy took like 10 min to complete my order just to find out that half of the wrap was warm and the other was cold.. really disgusting! I didn't even finished it! and I couldn't go back and make a complain because after my appt I had to rush to pick up my kid at school. Please pay more attention on your customers!

I go to N. Falmouth Dunkin' Donuts all the time. The employees are very pleasant. Marlene, the manager, works hard to keep everything running smooth. The coffee is always hot and fresh.

Waiting in line at the drive thru is ridiculous it takes u 5-10 minutes for u to be second in line and then ur car finally starts moving to order and it takes another 5 minutes before u can place ur order and then waiting another 5 minutes to pay and get ur order wasted 20 minutes of my life ughh

Everytime i get a coffee here it's made wrong. The staff is consistently rude and snobby. They also talk negatively about their customers to other employees with that customer present and in hearing range of the conversation. Most of the employees are unprofessional. I rather go to cumberland farms and make my own coffee, where I don't have to deal with this crap.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the area!!!!! Bad service! They let the kids from Somerville High School behind the building completely take over the place. Awful. The donuts (when the have them- which , "You are dunkin DONUTS how can you not have donuts?) are stale. The service, beyond awful. They rush you through drive thru before you are finished ordering. The other day they added a $12 charge to my bill for no reason. I realized when I got home. When I called to say they charged me wrong, they said they couldn't refund me? What? Then he (couldn't catch/understand his name) asked me to call back. When I did, he sat me on hold for 8 minutes and then hung up on me. Typical but it really shouldn't be.

I have visited the store on Eisenhower Dr. several times in the past 30 days and have been treated rude, order was wrong, and 3 times they have not had the item I ordered at all. The service here has gone from bad to worse and it isn't getting any better. All the employees are new and not at all customer oriented. There were several employees at this store back in April, May and June last year that were terrific...they are now gone. Too Bad I love the iced coffee but have to drive to the South Hanover store to be able to get what I order. Terrible for business

If you order box of 50 assorted munchkins - Be very careful you get the entire 50 munchkins. This is the second time I've been shorted almost 10 munchkins because they don't know how to count.

Love DD, but this store has problems. 4 out of 7 days my coffee is wrong EXTRA CREAM and it's almost black. I would'nt normally complain but this morning did it. Ordered 4 bagels, 2 cinn. raisin, 2 sesame. Got 2 sesame and 2 onion. Get a grip.
