Just to let every one know the hours for Powell River dollarama are not correct

great hours and service

My girlfriend comes home crying once in awhile from the dummiest things,like today her manager said not to bring any detox drinks and if she does she will get the regional manager involved.as to what does she drink have to do with nything,as she actually starts before punching in to do the aisle since its gets busy and she has to do cash.

Same thing happened to me there on the 3rd time I stopped shopping at this location I drive to ingersoll now

the store is very well organized and very well kept - Other stores are very missy but this one is very clean

This location has many great products. I carries a lot of items that some of the other stores do not always stock. It is in a great location also has free parking around the store. It has city bus stop just near. And great prices on its items many great ideas for Halloween and Christmas Decor. Also carries some grocery and beverages. :-) . I am a regular consumer not an employee or was told to place this review.

It is exceptionally superb and meets most needs at any time...Many people can't walk the whole store every time. You need to label the aisles like the grocery store then more seniors and myself would go more often...thanks

Our friend was in this store in Shediac on sunday(sept 28,2014) and she was 5 cents short and they did not let her have what she wanted, she had to put something back.Come on people 5 Cents!!!We will never step foot back in this store!

I was very upset to see how the manager treats his staff and his customers at this location. Yelling at his staff and degrading them. Yelled at a customer because he was looking at a certain product for too long. This manager should work at a slaughter house.

Checked your website for store hours before heading out this evening. The website says Dollarama in Carleton Place only open til 7PM. Drove by thinking I would have to go to Staples instead and discovered that you were opened. Mentioned to the cashier that she might want to mention to her manager to change the store hours on the web seeing as there may be other people whose business you may be loosing. Cashier wasn't impressed that I would make that suggestion saying it was head office's decision. She wasn't pleasant after that while checking me out. There are other dollar stores I can gladly shop at.

The Dollarama on Lakeshore turned down a person with a disability when she had a bathroom emergency and sent her over to No Frills. The employee claimed that she needed to be on the floor in case she was called to the cash. Let me note that there was only one customer at the cash and the store was quiet. I complained to the manager about the staff and the manager did not seem concerned at all.

It's horrible the workers are mean there is nothing good!

Very annoyed, your website states that the store on Fisher opens at 8:30am....I arrive here at 8:50am only to find out that its actually 9:30am...not IMPRESSED

Horrible customer service 0 return policy, thanks for your money, too bad so sad. Even if you walk back in 2 minutes later. It says a lot about their business ethics and their products

This dollerama is known to scan items twice, collect the money and then void the items scanned twice after you leave and picket the money. It happened to me, people I know, family and friends. Check your receipts and don't let these workers scam you!

You can usually find what you need and if you can't, the staff are very helpful.

The aisles are a bit too close together and they seem to be overflowing with items.

Dollarama is waist of money.You find all sub standard things. I hate this store.It is for kids to make them happy.

Staff and management seem to have no problem with allowing dogs (not service dogs) in the store and they sell food. Wonder if public health will be us unconcerned.

Dont wast time trying to call.. only ever get a fax sound... mind you google and yellow pages said that its a phone number.. not a fax..

I was kicked out for shoplifting and I wasn't when I offered my bag for them to search they said no we no you were and kicked me out! I'm 16 with a job and no reason to shop lift

I love this place . Alot of cool thing at a great price. clean store and great staff. the line ups may be long but fast. The stuff they sell in every thing from pets to kitchen and stationery to food. The staff is very helpful and the store is clean all the time.

Has to agree with the previous viewer. Love this Dollarama. Love how it has a wide variety of items/everything you may ever need. Its also big and spacious and clean and neat and tidy and well put together at all times and the customer service is great. The service reps their are very helpful and kind and LISTENS to what you are saying and do their best to help you out!!!

I try to live responsibly, according to what I need, not what I want. Whether you have the ability to pay more, doesn't necessarily mean you should. We are must use our money well. ( maybe we'll teach the gov't a thing or two). AND the store is just plain fun!!!

I went shopping to Oromocto Dollorama this afternoon. 2 cashiers were working and both were chewing gum and not politely. This happens pretty much all the time. It's very disrespectful! Obviously the manager don't care to let this go on. It doesn't matter what job one does, if you choose to work with the public, you should NOT be allowed to chew gum in the customer's face!

I simply wanted to go over there to pick up one thing. The site stated 9-9 on weekdays, however... it lied. I showed up and it was closed at 6.

Totally peeved that Halloween decorations would be put out three months in advance. It's bad enough that we have to see Christmas stuff out before halloween night, don't ruin summer with halloween decorations and stock so early. Wait until Oct 1st.

All Dollarama stores are forced to use floor space for new stock everyone has to deal with it n ur no exception. Sad but true

I found the selection beyond expectations. Prices fab. I was helped and best of all I had no trouble navigating the store with my walker. So many stores fill isle space with displays that make shopping a two person event. Me with the money my son to help move obstacles. As I live in Kelowna I needed to find something closer and I did.

This is a company started in Canada I had a lot of trouble trying to find the store nearest me. I called here and was given the correct phone number though I expect the woman was busy she was patient and helpful while I asked about policy and customer service. I then called the store I needed and she was busy but still answered my location questions. I wanted to shop at Dollarama after a very positive shopping experience in Vernon. Now I can.

I love the $ store but the staff are never willing to show me where anything is thought ! I love the deals but maybe 5 things are $1 plus there's taxes . It's a good store . However if there was a bathroom that would be nice there's a staff one and you can't use it!

We got home and noticed that a bunch of stuff was missing from our receipt and called the store. They claim that the cashier would have left the bag of stuff behind the counter if we forgot it and apparently didn't so we were out of luck... "sorry, I don't know what to say"... umm, how about we will give you your stuff that we paid for! Maybe you should check the cashiers car!

They sold bandaids that reeked of weed, and when confronted they claimed "they knew" but yet the workers did nothing! I loved Dollarama before this but this store is horrible!!

Watch out for your change because they will charge you more than what the price is. Despite what the it says the total price is on the cash register they will quote you a different price. A much higher price and give you less change. So watch out for your money. Oh and the don't accept penny as money. Bad service

Talk about everything you need for 3 bucks or less, they got it!!

I am actually really disappointed in this Dollarama location. You see I am disabled and when I went into this shop to do some Christmas shopping the aisles were packed full that I couldn't get down and one worker stood in the way with a dolly cart and watched as I had to fight to get my walker overtop of her dolly, she never even moved when asked and was not helpful at all. Sorry to say I don't think I will be shopping at Dollarama if this is what I will anticipate each time.

I must say of all the dollar stores i have ever been in, this one is the absolute best. The variety, the staff everything is amazing. My only complaint is how fast $1 items add up. Lol
