I have only been waited on right away. never had to wait long for my food, and the empolyees were always so nice. I would go to this denny's over any other one in maryland.

Stopped in at this restaurant and asked for the free grandslam for my birthday as i do every year, but was told they dont do that here. First time at a Dennys that i have been told that. Food was ok and service was good. I thought all Dennys had the free birthday grandslam offer. Now i know better.

The people were friendly and inviting. We had great service and the food was really good.

Slow service, very dirty and terrible food!

This place has the worst service and rudest servers possible, don't bother calling for a carry out because they have the phone off the hook after 11pm

The service at this restarunt was terrible, and the food was awful. My family and I won't be back. And we will tell our friends not to est there.

They messed up my order 3 times. I held the bitten of the skillet with my hands and it was cold! I recommend NOT going there!

Came in before a table an they got waited on an food before we received a menu. Guy behind us waited 30 mins an our wait was close to 30 mins. Girl got attitude when we asked for menus.

Although redecorated inside the building, the odor of mold continues to attack the sinuses. The service was excellent, as always, but the place still needs professional mold removal. The Florida Restaurant Commission as well as hotel inspections should be alerted.

I ordered pot roast with extra gravy and it comes with no gravy. My son ordered dip able veggies got nothing to dip them in. Ordered steak and mash potatoes with gravy didn't get gravy for them either. Will never go back would not recommend to any one.

Employees kids running around and screaming!!! Ridiculous!!! The kids were behind counter and in kitchen!!!

Cook obviously loves his job, this place has came around a lot from a few years ago

Please Wait to be Seated, That was a joke, waited 5 minutes just for that. Told the waitress AS I was sitting that I wanted coffee.....time 10:15. at 10:25 finally took my order, she spoke little English WTH, still no coffee. I wasn't the only one, same with another couple near me. 10:45 NO coffee, NO food !!! 10:50 NO customer. I will NOT return !!!! HORRIBLE wait staff, worse management to let it go on.

Went to restaurant for breakfast and the service was terrible. The waiter forgot everything! Upon arrival we received one menu, no silverware, and was not asked for drinks. Or waiter had a nonchalant attitude to serving us. This denny's had a very un professional staff. The waiter kept calling everyone "Bro."

9/15/13 l was greeted by the host and sat at a table in the middle of the dining room there I sat for 20 mins I observed dirty table being cleaned by servers and bussers , tables being ckeaned right next to me still nothing then the host asked had anyone helped me no was my awnser she brought ne a drink when a black family walked in and another server signaled to the host no I guess she didn't want their business still no help for me that was it I left after filling out a comment card I sure denny's has diversity training because I attended it some years ago calling customer in the am

Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here. The service in this place was the worst I've ever experienced.

Your food is finally good again. My problem is in your service. It is awful. The one hostess is an older woman that seems to be the grumpiest person on earth. We come in often and I don't think I have seen he smile ever. She is the first person your customer sees first. Your waitress's are slow and with a couple accept ions don't seem to care.

This place was horrible, the food was burnt. The service was TERRIBLE. They were rude to the coustmers .I called to complaint and it was just ad bad. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes all to be told that the manger would call me back. I give this place no rating two thumbs down.

I visited Denny's on August 3, 2013, approx. 3PM and brought home a case of fleas. My lower legs had flea bites around the upper edge of my socks and now I'm fighting a flea infestation in my home. Certainly, if Denny's Ridge Road management reads this, they should be implementing a flea eradication plan for their carpet!!!!

This is a poorly run dennysdennys my 6 year old wanted a refill has we walked out the door because he took his goldfish crackers with him I was told I would have to purchase a new drink it's the owners roles if your that poor you should close this franchise is an embarassment to the Denny's name

I love Dennys always great service. I just love the new hostess Carol great personality always a smile she always makes sure my coffee is full, she makes want to come back.. Thank you for the great service.

Went to Denny's on Reidville Rd. on the morning of June 30th, 2013 for breakfast. Ordered a skillet item and was told by the waitress that they were out of broccoli upon being served the item. My husband ordered an omelet and the side potatoes were cold. Waitress never came back for a coffee refill. She did apologize for the mistakes by the kitchen but did not help when she stayed away to talk with other waitress at the front of the eating area. Manager should be fired. We've eaten there 6 months ago and had a much better experience. Do not waste your money on this place!!!!

The night management is a waist of money! They won't fix an issue with your order, when they mess it up. They wont tell you their names when asked, so I could file a complaint with corporate. They refused to call the owner, and call the police saying I refused to pay for a $9 burger. When the police showed up, he demanded I was given HER name and the owners name and the the owners phone number. I was given 2 false names and a number that was out of service. I looked up the store number and the number has been busy for over 2 hours. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME! Go less than a mile south to Ihop.

The music was loud and pop/techno and "couldn't" be changed (according to manager). The whole meal was a disappointment. I will not go back to this Denny's!! Service was so so. No Father's Day Specials (no Mother's Day either) Come on!!

Just wanted to thank Dawn H. for such great service on 6/14/13. We were traveling late and stopped in to another Denny's not far from this location and waited for 45 minutes to an hour and only got our drinks, no appetizer so we left, we could see confusion going on. But when we came in to this restaurant we got the BEST waitress, Dawn H. and she had appetizers on our table in 5 minutes roughly and very shortly after that our meal. She was very efficient and friendly and took great care of us. I want to compliment her and all the workers seemed to be taking care of their customers promptly. Thanks again for making our dining experience satisfying!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes for a table and seen about 7 empty, got to the table and had to wait 10 more minutes for a server to to take my order, we ordered a banana split and a Sunday with water, had to wait for another 18 minutes for that. I will not recommend this Denny's to anyone.

My family and I eat at this restaurant once a week. I have notice the overall experience is on the decline. Poor customer service. We had a party of 2 and party of 3. They served the 2 and said they would be right out with the rest. After almost 10 minutes, and being totally ignored, I stepped to the opening of the kitchen, where all the employees were gathered and asked about the rest if the order. Was told it would be out when it was done. Not sure who this woman was, no uniform of any kind, street clothes. Surely she wasn't management. Or, that might explain a lot. One order of bacon was rediculously burned. Oh sorry. Came back after we were nearly finished, gave 2 pieces of a different type of bacon to the wrong person. Never refilled our drinks. When we checked out, we mentioned it again. Sorry, we got kind of busy. There wasn't 5 tables being used. I think we've had our full. No Grand Slam, more like a "strke out."

Literally the worst service my family has ever been through. Because of this one Denny's experience we will likely NEVER visit a Denny's again. Employees were arguing, we were sat right near the drama...should've left then. Our server informed us they were out of what we ordered and offered a substitute then tried charging us extra for the item. He came back to our table several times giggling that he had forgotten what we had asked for. Got every order incorrect and argued with us when he asked if everything was alright and we said no we're missing a few things. He never did bring those missing items out. The bacon was supposed to be 4 slices on one order we were given one slice and like half a slice. Coffee never came.

Manager did take off the extra charge but being that we still never received a part of that meal still feel very cheated. Manager did absolutely nothing for us and rolled her eyes saying well the server wasn't supposed to substitute that item. I informed her maybe management should train him better and she got very hostile and uncomfortable almost felt unsafe in the environment.

We will never go there again and as I said this basically ruined our appetite for Denny's all together. We will never enjoy a meal at Denny's without feeling reminded of the worst dining experience ever!

DO not go here there are plenty of better options in Wichita especially away from this part of town as we received poor customer service in a nearby clothing store as well. Bad attitude!

Will never go hear again. Had such horrible service! We waited for 45 min and never even got our drinks so we walked out. There were only 6 tables there besides us. Waitress was more worried about being on her phone and talking to friends instead of the customers. Called the area manager and haven't heard from him at all. I left message a week ago. They must not care about customer service :(

went to this store on my way home a week ago. Manager and employees are friendly, welcoming and just glad to have my business. Food was great, clean store and nice environment to eat at. Never seen such clean restrooms! go check out the service, you wont go anywhere else!

This location sucks. I order spegetti to go. When i open the togo box it looked like they took the noodles & sauce off a customers plate & threw 2 meatballs on top. They r always out of things on menu. Mangement dont care. Had to call a diffrent location to get the # to main office cause they wouldnt give it to me. Save ur money.

I happen to go to both Denny's and Shari's this past couple weeks. The Shari's is like a well greased machine, looks great and was a nice experience. The Denny's on the other hand was unreal, the cashier was hollering at a gal over by the cooks station to see what she wanted for Lunch so she could ring her in....This is while I stand there waiting patiently as a paying customer to be acknowledged she must have hollered at least 2-3 times. Finally she says well I'll just ring you up first. Not Hello Ma'am I'm sorry how was your meal nothing. The Kicker to this is the manager was standing right behind her in a daze just didn't care clueless unreal so I can see why Shari's is packed and Denny's is failing. I bet it closes within a year. Poorly managed businesses no matter how great the product will fail. The Manager should go across the street to Shari's and just sit down order a meal and watch how a good business is managed.

So me & my fiancé & our two boys decided to go have breakfast as a family 3-3-13 Sunday morning before 11am at Denny's.

Normally I don't do reviews unless the place is extremely pleasant or extremely disrespectful aka horrible. That now brings us to this review. My two boys ordered off the kids menu very simple order, me & my fiancé ordered the same thing. Our order was the bacon avocado burrito.

Yes the place was busy, yet having us wait for over 45mn for such a simple order was not pleasent at all. Then to top it off you have servers walking around with their hat sideways & cooks who want to talk & do everything except their job.

So I had the waitress pulled & our order was cancelled. It's sad that the service you receive depends on the "area code" you reside in. The waitress was very nice, however that means nothing when the service is horrible & over an hour & a half was wasted. From the wait on table then to wait on food.

Yes they offered a discount on the food, however dealing with that then on top of that the scenery we declined & decided to go to Chili's next door considering our breakfast was waisted & it is now lunch time.

So NO......I do NOT recommended THIS Denny's for a pleasent experience.

One other table in the place when I went there, over 30 minutes to get a salad - and when it finally came, it was wrong! Then while eating, a waitress came by, handed me a condiments dish and asked me to arrange it with the others at the table! Idiotic, clueless, incompetent, DO NOT BOTHER TO EAT HERE!!!

The service at this place is always good, the people are friendly and welcoming. I'm a night person so I'm usually there at night and tonight I was there and I accidentally locked my keys in the car, after it gathered some attention one of the employees came out and got my car unlocked for me (the man was cleaning so I'm not sure what his title was or his name) but I thought it was amazing that he came out to help. I'm glad there's still good people in this world.

This store is definitely going downhill. About four months ago I came in late at night and there was only one waitress working both sides, she did an amazing job coming around and helping everyone out. About a week ago me and my boyfriend went in at about the same time, and were greeted and seated. Our waiter brought out our drinks, then disappeared. We even overheard another lady who worked there saying "oh yea, I forgot he left", no one ever showed up to take our order. We waited for thirty minutes before my boyfriend got angry and walked out, I stayed behind to pay for the drinks. That place is just a waste of time, unless you feel like waiting an hour to eat you're better off going somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst Denny's I have ever been too and Denny's is one of the family favorite's!! Unclean, bad service, unless you like cold food and managers who hang out in the front of the business smoking just before you walk in.... also they told me they don't serve from the 2,4,6,8 menu in the evening time!!!!!! called corporate found out that was not true........

The waitress there named Crystle was a wonderful delight after a long travel with the kids it was nice to have home feeling service . For good service ask for her section :)

This place needs to be condemned by the health department :-( It was dirty, bad service, greasy food, obnoxious music. There is no way this place could meet Dennys standards. Our stomachs paid the price for little bit we did eat. Don't go here eat.

Sometimes Denny's are very slow, but this one has consistently excellent service.

My family and I ate at dennys teusday morning and were shocked with the atmosphere. The staff was cursing like sailors and talking about drugs. They were not considerate of our children or attenative of our table the moment we received are food the server was gone. We did not receive any refills or desserts. Our six years old also slipped in a large puddle near the bathroom door. Overall we will not return to this Denny's
