I used to work but quit due to a rude manager and lack of training. When deal with the nuts or sprinkles they use there hands. most of the equipment used is not cleaned until after close. The employees slack off and hang around in the back. Not the business I thought it would be.
So not happy with the store. Wanted to use the coupons from the back of cereal boxes to treat my kids but this store does not participate with things like that. Cottage country and can't even go to the nearest DQ for a quick cold discounted treat!
By far the best DQ in central Massachusetts. Fast, friendly service. White glove clean. Food is great. DQ's the best. Its like visiting family. The owners and staff go out of their way to make everything just right. AAA+++

Well that was a complete let down. If you want anything other than ice cream go elsewhere! The crispy chicken in the wrap was at least an hour old it was so dried out and chewy it was inedible, when brought forward to management nothing was done, not going back!

I was lied to thee times that my order was being attended to; as my son was selecting another birthday cake the second in a month one of dozens over the years I thought that I'd slip in a quick ice cream to keep me going. Pointing to my son selecting a cake from the display saying he will pay with the cake. After a few minutes I asked the lady what the hold up was and she said that it was being made at the takeout section, so a little time latter nothing arrived so I asked again same answer, again nothing came now getting anxious that I would not be able to eat it as my son may have the inscription done and ready to go before I had finished. So again I asked another lady on the order and she went and got a supervisor who basically ignored me and went and asked my son if he was going to pay, which he confirmed. Then at last after about 10 min's my order was made. Well was I embarrassed and felt insulted; after eating my Ice cream I went to complain not about the service but the lies, I could have easily called my son over to verify the situation; the manager took over and assured me the they were not lying but were making the order around the corner in the take out area, now this was just another lie as the supervisor got my order quickly when my son had confirmed he was paying. When asking the manager for an address of where I could complain he pointed out that he was the owner and invited me to leave.
The guy making the cakes did not have good hygeine, and his fingernails were caked with dirt. He was very nice, but looked more like he had crawled out from under a car and not like he should be making cakes. Someone needs to care enough to instruct him about cleanliness and hygiene. He was helpful and nice, but totally inappropriate for a restaurant where food is prepared.
This Dairy Queen is INSIDE the Solano Mall. Very hard to find with just the address. It is way on the far side in a food court.
I went in the other night and they greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very polite. They brought my food out to my table which is nice for a fast food location. Meal was excellent and will be going back very soon.
Everytime I go to this branch, I never get the same taste of mocha moolatte. I asked for extra mocha and I paid extra money but it couldn't taste the mocha. Sometimes it's very watery and slushy. Never know when it gonna get it right. I will not go back there anymore. Inconsistent, not worth of the money of the expensive drink.
Between the kitchen not caring and half the front counter not listening, the new kids and a couple vets up front go above and beyond to create an accurate and delicious experience for the customers. I was disappointed, however, at the way the manager speaks to her busiest employees during the daytime rush.

After many bad experiences, I tried to contact the manager. Was told the manager was busy with the lunch rush (at 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon????) Called back and was hung up on 4 TIMES. And then was threatened that she would report me for harassment. WHAT? They have shorted me again and again. I try to do the responsible thing and talk with the manager, and that was the response I got. I have now called DQ corporate offices.
the last few times i went to this dq the service was awful and the food even worse...burgers were leftover from last meal apparently...i would never eat there again
I went there awhile back after getting out if the hospital with my sick baby my husband and I walked in an right as we entered my baby threw up from having a virus,, while everyone just looked at us like it was the most horrible thing ever this Mexican girl that works there came up running with towels and helped us,she even asked if we wanted her to hold our baby so we could clean ourselves.. She has a beautiful soul and I wish there was more people like her in this world .. My husband and I can't wait till we go back to Arizona so we can stop at this Dairy Queen :)
This hs got to be the worst DQ around. Horrible service and plan on waiting, and waiting. And to this day every cookie dough blizzard I have ordered has never been right and I have to have them make it again.
It was doing better ... But since they brought in the newer manager the food quality has become poor and service is aweful ! The place is alway nasty and You don't get what you ordered yet your charged for it .. The gravy can no longer be called gravy since it has consistency of water . So disappointed !

Worst restaurant in Windsor! Employees were rude, and there was a long hair in my icecream. When I asked for a refund I was given attitude and no apology. Waste of Gas.

This Dairy Queen is HORRIBLE!!! Waited 30 minutes for our food & blizzards... not only were we over-charged b/c the staff didn't know what they were doing .... but the blizzards were runny and disgusting. And when we said something ... they got an attitude with us!!! I will never eat at this location again!!!
the blizzards are more like milkshakes. I dare anyone to hold one upside down over their head. The sundae I ordered was chocolate dipped turtle. what I got was undipped with a small blob of soft serve(?!) ice cream , a tease of whipped topping (maybe two tablespoons), a few nuts and somewhere in there a hint of caramel. it looked like the ad the way the before and after pictures look on the biggest loser. and that's exactly what you are if you eat here.

I stopped by for a quick bite and what I got was attitude. However this wasnt the first time I have received bad customer service from the girls who work here. Also They charge $0.53 for sauces in addition to your meal. Not worth the price esecially with such rude customer service. Waste of money
the service is horrible I order ice Cream and the girl waiting on me gets o her personal phone while ringing me out and I had to get out of my car and knock on window to get her to bring my card back and mean while my ice cream is melting when she came back I said you need to stay off of your phone when customers food is getting cold and she laughed.
I just love the two lima DQs. The Allentown Rd place is a great old school walk up store. The Shawnee store has a great dining room and outdoor eating area. Their local non fried menu is great with their coney dogs and shredded chicken.
Terrific food! Our whole family enjoys going to the Jackson Dairy Queen. The owner is very nice as are the employees :)
Being a truck driver i have ran into some shitty places to eat at. but this dairy queen off of i-35 near billings i think it was? this dairy queen was a really nice little spot to stop and eat. they have really nice cashiers and well manered cooks. I generally see the same three kids working there though but they really know how to do their job and do it well!! theres usually always this little brown headed girl kind of slender with the most amazing smile and shes so sweet and kind and then two guys. one tall and very well manered and the other in between and very thin. they dont wear nametags so i dont know there names but D-Q you have a great crew!!!!!
Alright, first of all i would like to say that this was by far one of the best places i've ever been!! i simply could not believe it. The employees were so helpful and so friendly. There were only 3 employess on duty that thursday night but they were fast and friendly and remarkebly amazing! I'm definately coming back. Especially for that girls pretty smile ;)

Rv'ers beware, we parked and headed in, at the door we were greeted by the manger, first thing he said was " Hope you aren't planning on parking there long" there was 2 cars in the parking lot, that was simple rude and uncalled for, didn't eat just got ice cream and left him to his empty lot. He must be planning a going out of business sale soon. I won't be back.
Stopped by the Heber Dairy Queen and everything about it seems better than I remember. The products, the people, and the place. Worth stopping by.

We were so happy to find a DQ here in Powell, TN...But so dissapointed. The advertisement for a Blizzard Buy one and get one for .99 was not honored at this location. It was ending today, but they said they ended it Thursday, as they started 2 days early. This is NOT good customer service, since seeing the advertisement just today on TV....Not happy with this!!
This restaurant thinks it's got high quality food stuffs, but it has maybe the level of quality as a McDonald's dumpster. It is over-priced, and the staff doesn't know what they are doing.
Since this is a college town, it is always busy with college kids. Down side is they don't make the DQ Ice Cream Cake.
I have been a faithful DQ visitor at this location for years and am a HUGE Blizzard lover. I do not know what has happened but the last 2 Blizzards I have gotten at the Fairfax, Iowa location have been awful. The chocolate extreme wasn't even made with chocolate ice cream and only had chocolate chips. The help all looked like they were mad & just wanted to go home. The lady who appeared to be manager was also crabby looking. Sad to say, I will not go back.
This use to be my favorite of all DQ's but the rude service you get is not worth it for the price you pay. They try to rush you thru, talk over you, talk to others while they take your order, order is wrong and it's just not worth it.

The place sucks, drive thru...so slow. Employees are treated aweful..which would be the main reason why they are always short staffed. No one WANTS to work there. Only good thing about it is its clean...
Ive gone there twice in the past two weeks and every time i went they forgot to give me something i had ordered and was charged for. Then had to go back to get something i already had paid for. I even warned them the second time it was going to be a big order.
Just wanted a chocolate extreme. And got a vanilla ice cream with very little chocolate and no chocolate chip or anything else. But since they are running a special buy one get one which i didn't do just bought one they said they have to watch their portions. So remember when they run specials you will not get what you normally do. And never offered to correct it they threw it away and did say sorry. WOW

This seems to be the only Dairy Queen city so i always drive far out my way to get here but the drive is always worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful they are always suggesting new items but i tend to stick with my same order A large oreo blizzard and chicken strip basket. The chicken is always fresh the blizzard never falls and the country gravy is always delicious. If you are looking for a quick bite or a family affair this is the place to go !!

this food is not bad but the service is terrible. its so small inside that theres not enough room to hire enough staff so everything is slow. i waited to have my order taken at the drive-thru for 5 minutes. they forgot my drink. the guy at the window was extremely rude.

I had a horrible experience at this Dairy Queen. When I walked up there, the cashier was on her phone texting and didn't even acknowledge me until a minute or so after she'd finish texting. She then proceeded to act like I was the biggest inconvience there ever was. Needless to say the customer service was awful. She was rude and impolite when she took my order and gave me my purchase. I will not be going there again. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location down the street
We stopped at this Dairy Queen yesterday on the way home from Mineral Wells State Park. Part of our order was 5 Buster Bars. They were so bad that we threw them away. They tasted like they had freezer burn. They had to have been really old as the peanuts were soft, the fudge in the middle was beginning to seperate and the chocolate on the outside was sticky. I've never had a bad Buster Bar before and never dreamed DQ would serve one this bad. We didn't want to turn around and ask for our money back since we were already part of the way home when we tasted the bars, but we won't be going back to this store.

I'm not a five year old so when I get a sundae, I would like more than a teaspoon of topping on top. That is what a sundae is all about..the topping. Also, a frozen treat tasted like it had been around for quite some time..We don't eat DQ often and every trip convinces us we are not missing anything.
An ex girlfriend introduced me to this location. We love goin here. Cant wait til the weather changes..

I order the chicken wraps but ask them to not add ranch dressing and lettuce. 90% of the time they add stuff I don't want and the kids won't eat. It's frustrating when you don't want something that they insist on putting it on your sandwich.
I had a friend go get me something to eat cuz I was at work and they tried to over charger her....i had a coupon for a 2.99 breakfast deal...and they tried to charge me $8 for it then I call back and they tell me they took care of it and gave my mo et back....after they tryes to charge me $5 for 2 small things of syrup!!! I will not go back there ever again....this make the 3rd time I have had problems with them
The best ice cream ever. Also, the store colors are very bright. The place is always clean. Above all, customer service is great. I will definitely go back again.
I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Fargo, and they had wonderful customer service. It was very clean, and their food is very good.
This DQ is one of the worst I have ever been to. The last time I got breakfast there, it took 10 minutes to get 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Today I ordered the same; when it had been 8 minutes waiting I really needed to go. I tried to get the girl standing at the window's attention to see where my food was. No matter what I did she just kept staring off into space; it was the girl behind the counter serving the people inside that came over asking what I had ordered. I told I needed to go. 1 minute in the kitchen and she came out with my sandwiche. I took a bite and they were cold and falling apart. Got to the middle of the sandwich, it wasn't cold, it was frozen! If you need a decent quick breakfast on the go, DO NOT got to DQ. What a waste of money!
Owners do not like to honor coupons, even coupons that specify this location as in the "Kids Stuff coupon book". This location is clean and service is fast. However, the owners running this Dq seem stressed and unfriendly.
I purchased an order of crispy tacos & when I arrived home about a block down,was very disappointed that my tacos were very cold almost like if they were in the fridge & tortilla shells were all soggy. I think they tried to get away with giving me a cancelled order.
This dairy queen does not participate in offers featured on tv. They are very rude and not willing to listen to complaints. I will never go to this store again.
It has been one of the highlights of my week to come to Dairy Queen after church on Sundays for a fish dinner. The restaurant is usually full on Sundays with a lot of my friends from church included. Last Sunday I brought a friend for dinner and was told you no longer serve fish on Sundays. My friend and I left without eating, as evidently so did a lot of other people as there were only 4 people eating. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
I frequent both Somerset Dairy Queen locations and I must say the employees not only provide fast service but most importantly they do it with smiles on their faces. The quality of the food is wonderful but it is the friendly service that keeps me coming back.:)

Does anyone at that store understand what a PLAIN hamburger is? Even when I have been extremely specific and they have repeated my order back to me, my burger has been wrong usually has cheese or some other condiment on it. This has happened to me at least a dozen times After a complaint to the manager, Jill, I was sarcastically asked, "Just what do you want me to do to make you happy?" Well let's start with getting the order correct. I have seen food handed out to the person in the car in front of me only to end up dropped on the ground and the driver have to open her door and pick it up. Unbelievable. How difficult is it to make a burger? Shame on me for going back. Sadly it is the only fast food restaurant in Sarver.

I've gone to this location many times, and every time something is messed up. Order a large size and get a regular, but charged for a large. Get sides of gravy that look like water, or it's good gravy and filled less than half way. Completely missing food from an order. It's ridiculous, I've driven down the road to Savage Culver's(15 min out of the way) to get burger and ice cream just to avoid this DQ.
I love Dairy Queen but this particular store needs a thorough cleaning.
The restaurant was empty when we arrived. Someone was waiting behind the counter ready to fill orders. However, the table tops and upholstered furniture was VERY dirty. The floor was filthy probably due to a heavy residue of dirt that accumulated over a prolonged period of time.
I won't go back to DQ in this location again.
