Typical problem with this store consistent with most surrey retail locations. . More unorganized than most less quality customer service less selection longer lineups . Complimentary headache given to all upon entry . Dirty washrooms .

Although the location is unfortunate, being in a place that has a lot of rush hour traffic, this Costco has a good gas bar, and I have found much shorter lines at the cash than any other Costco at which I've shopped. Service people are friendly too.

I just bought my first Costco membership and am very unhappy about the hard sell I was given to convince me to buy an Executive Membership. I finally had to ask about a regular membership, the clerk barely acknowledged it, then repeated the benefits of the Executive. There is no way it will be of benefit to me as I am a 76 year old woman, living alone, a half-hour drive away. Unfortunately, I succumbed to her sales pitch & am stuck paying for something more than I need.

Everything is good . but u close to early .YOUR Hours SUCK

Pharmacy checkout is very emotional and grumpy cashiers on the main floor is understaffed huge lines

Ive been a client of Costco of Marche Central...since it opened ...always satisfied...but since the past year the quality has gone down drastically...twice I picked up fish which I had to bring back and get a refund....and explained why to the service department....I wasted time and effort explaining and gaz.....I received a call telling me to come and see the manager in charge of meat that they would give me some kind of credit...but whenever I came...the person was never these....again more aggrevations...therefore I decided not to buy meat and fish from costco...again, im very disappointed on the service of costco....

I have been going to This Costco ever since it opened, The service is Wonderful, The Parking is Great, The lines aren't to bad, its better then Walmart. The Staff are very Helpful when needed.

I love Cosco and realize its shopping for Familys and everything is in double or triple packed. I wish you could buy more products as single. Eample I don't want to buy 2 Moisturizers just 1. Therefore I am only able to buy just a few things and paid alot for membership.

The guys in the automotive dept. go above and beyond with service. Never felt so appreciated and appreciative of their service.

I was shopping on Sunday Sept.28 and bought a package of 30 aeriius . Package was sealed . When I got home to P.E.I. on the same day, and opened the package there was nothing in it but the paper. Very disappointed they are not cheap to buy.

The staff in the pharmacy is so rude and impolite.

I went to costco tire location 9 1st edmonton, the lady who was working there was so mean, first she had given me a quote for Bridgestone tires than I went to order than after couple days. She argued with me and said who gave this quote the Bridgestone had discontinued. This happened twice with me. I hate there customer service, how they behave with customers. I will never go there again and also tell my friends and relatives.

I laugh at the people that complain about the lines at Costco. Don't go at peak hours then. I want to say they do a wonderful job getting people through! Once your in line it doesn't take very long to get through. So to those people that complain..go shop at walmart, you'll wait in line 10 times longer, and you'll have lots of space to stand in!

Something unusual, (not a piece of shell) broke my tooth and itself crushed to a fine powder. Went through weeks of trying to find somebody who could offer me a remedy, finally ran out of energy. Inadequate customer service.

the gas bar opens around 7 every morning. I usually go on Sundays first thing in the morning and don't have to wait in line. It's usually full at other times.

I come in n look at the awful till lanes lined up like u wouldn't believe... im thinking.. should I stay for a hour and a half here.. or go and drive to moose jaw n get my groceries... too many people allowed in at once.. u can barely move around without stopping or bumping into someone

I had a very pleasent experience At the Costco Tire Center. They located my tires which they had in stock and had me in and out about 1.5 hours. I will certainly use them again.

I would appreciate any and all input from Niagara Falls and surrounding areas as to whether or not they find joining the Club to be a benefit.

Usually you would go to the side counter for these types of purchases and they mark your receipt once they've given it to you. If you took your receipt in they should be able to see you weren't given them.

Customer service in the pharmacy department needs a lot of improvement and a better attitude towards their jobs and customers who are paying the membership fees to enjoy the benefits.

to complete my review this is not the first time this has happened...fish is very expensive...we buy tuna, flatan which are more expensive than others....I definately can't bring it back...I cooked the fish.....very disappointed with Costco.....Cecile FAzioli

I bought rotisserie chicken yesterday at the NE store and when I sliced it the meat was still pink i had to fry it hoping the pink color would go away but it didn't. The breast area is not pink. I hope I will not get sick.

I also have shopped at this Costco hundreds of times, and I am amazed at the consistent "up" attitude of the staff - regardless of the crowds! That, along with what looks to be a fair open hiring practice; and an unbeatable return policy, keeps me coming back.

GOOD LORD. Everyone gouges on Valentine's Day. $19.99 for a dozen roses is still a bargain compared to the $65.00 - $150.00 anywhere else!

Costco charge us for a membership and accept given I'm able to fine some bargains there. But why do they think that they should gauge us on flowers on Valentines day , and other special events throughout the year! Not fair you took my membership fee!

Glad to hear they are short with customers when busy. If they were not that would be frustrating. Keep the lines moving is a priority when I am shopping.

Store is awesome and well kept, people are very helpful.

I bought a package of 100 stamps. They were in a cardboard container I thought. When I got to the cash register to pay for several items I did not realize I was to be given the stamps in a role. I was given a receipt for what I purchased but not my stamps.I was negligent in not being aware that the stamps were not in my kart in the cardboard container, Somehow the stamps were not handed to me.I have returned to the costco store but there is no sign of the stamps. A lot of money lost for a misunderstanding.

I really love costco, this location in particular. The store is very clean, organized and check out is always fast. This location carries a large variety of organic products.The only downsize is I always end up spending way too much money here.

I find myself dreading a trip to Costco now, and I have been a member since it opened. The parking is terrible since the gas bar opened and inside is more like a zoo. Way too hard to get around in the store, and having only 2 lanes for people to line up in, is bad. They need to open more space up at the checkouts. I don't go now unless I get a ride.

I purchase at Costco regularly however, I am disappointed in that no feedback is given to their customers when given to them. There is a lack of organics in vegetables. As well, they should restock four o'clock green tea which is organic and should look into stocking Kirkland body wash which is a pure product. This is stocked in the states yet not in Fton.

I am told that Costco only sells veggie burgers during the summer season! Wondering what makes Costco think that vegetarians only eat in the summer? Frustrating to say the least.

In my opinion, Costco has saved me money, by buying large quantities, at the same time, offering me a pleasant atmosphere to shop.

I was quite surprised that Costco does not have extended holiday shopping hours. I do not live in the city so it is very upsetting to try to get all your xmas shopping done and they fo not have xmas hours.

You think the pharmacy takes too long, try filling up your car! Also the store is insanely busy on weekends.

I find this store to have the worst layout of any Costco. It appears to be counter intuitive.

The dairy, pet food, and freezers for pasta are all crammed in a small area. Navigation is difficult around this area.

I often leave not having found what I am looking for.

They do carry everything you need or want BUT they are so busy it's an all day affair! The parking is horrible, not enough space for the amount of people using Costco! We have ended up having one of us jump out of the car and shop while the other one drives around waiting for a spot to hopefully open! It is so crowded inside the building that it makes it really hard to move where you want to be. If you get into the outside alley you have to go with the flow and walk around and around as you can't get off into any alley ways.

I am a Executive member so i get cash back at the end of the year. I have been waiting since March for it. Ive gone in three times to see why i haven't gotten it yet. the first time the lady told me they had just reissued me one. i went in a month or so later to find out it had never been reissued. again went it a couple months later. They know i was a little frustrated with the situation and they were all accommodating and told me they would make sure i was satisfied when i left. They were nice. The supervisor on at the time said she would personally call on Monday when they reopened and ask what happened about it and then call me back herself. its been over a month I still haven't gotten a call or a check...

Experienced a very bad cust. serv. in mississauga location on Mon. Nov.4th. I was there to inquire about tires in automotive section around 6:30 pm and waited in line for 20 mint. but attendent was taking his time to help others also ignored me for another pick up. Is it not first come first serve?

I must say the produce is not what it used to be,,,poor quality especially oranges.bananas,tomatoes,,,inconsistent. we used to buy The Kirkland Ham but lately it is too fatty and a pizza we bought last week tasted off,,,,hopefully things improve especially with Walmart superstore opening,,,,,

I am trying to get an answer for buying my stock moving to China and no help or respect. Since October 18 I went myself waited for almost an hour to have an answer then the guy asked me to leave my contact info or send an email but never come back and I went today and again gave a letter of my assignement and left phone no but no answer!!!!!

I love buying in Costco, but I would appreciate if they could have a larger variety of organic foods, produce, meats, etc.

Way too busy all the time and not enough checkouts open, no express (12 items or less) lane, I've actually gone in, grabbed a couple things, saw the huge lineups, put my couple items back and walked out. Costco PG REALLY needs a couple express lanes :/

This is an excellent store, with first rate food and services and staff. The waiting period at the cash (if there is one) is not/not an issue! It is pleasant to see the staff at the cash laugh and joke, good for the staff! So what if a customer waits a few minutes. Big deal...GET A LIFE ! Congrats COSTCO, keep laughing and joking. It is the best medicine. Love that store! Have been a member at COSCO for over 20 years.

I have been to a lot of costcos but this one had some of the rudest customer service ever! My husband went here to pick up some popcorn, 3 bags. Now he is by no means a large guy, tall yes but thin. And the rude women boxing items felt it was he place to make a rude comment about his health, cause he was purchasing so much. Look its Costco of course people by in large bulk, No Need to Comment about. Will never go to this location again!!!

I bought a large screen TV from the Langley costco - two plus years later, a major component failed. The Costco personal said that component should last at least 6 or 7 years, and immediatly offered me a full refund. I of course used it to purchase another TV from Costco, why would anyone ever buy one anyplace else. Costco, you rock!

From all the Costco stores this is the worst! There is no pharmacy and the selection is minimal. The english speaking tourists left the store when the only person who could translate was myself.

I am a loyal Costco shopper but extremely disappointed by the lack of service today when trying to buy an air conditioner. Can not express how useless the cashier was......very disappointed.

Not a bad Costco, parking is ample and sized for shoppers with ginormous vehicles. I prefer to visit it when they don't have the 'feeding troughs' out ie giving out free food samples. Certain people line up 5 carts deep to get that free teaspoon of food...it can be very annoying trying to navigate around the freeloaders.

I would like to make a suggestion that will make the sometimes long wait for the prescription pickups and drop offs tolerable by using a number system. The customers can then shop or browse thru the store while waiting for their prescriptions.

I'm very pleased with this location, they are very helpful.

We do everything at costco and when we decided to plan a trip there, it wasnt going to be an exception!! We were going to Silverwood Theme Park and got tickets there for half price from Costco!!! We also got our hotel booked through Costco and it turned out pretty cheap!!! We all love Costco and the great prices:))

Quality prepared dinners, excellent produce, high quality packaged foods, great bakery (yummy cakes), good selection of miscellaneous items! All this at fair prices!

Not bad, the line ups tend to be long sometimes. Also some items are hit and miss. When I compare to other Costco, the others always have more stuff. Be careful with the chicken legs, poor quality. The quality of ham is also hit and miss.

I find that one person receiving prescription requests is inadequate. Both prescription drop-out windows should be opened at all times. The wait time would be tolerable if both windows were opened.

The same goes for prescription pick-up. It seems the line-ups are long all day but especially so after work in the evenings.

It's so much bigger and better stuff than Vancouvers one!!!

I hate the fact that I spend so much money there, but that is my fault. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I even once accidentally bounced a check and they were so nice and understanding. Also, I have returned MANY damaged items to Costco, and they have exchanged them for me.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant, this and the pricing makes the line ups worth while

I tried to address an error on the directions to Nanaimo Costco from Qualicum Beach, but to post the review, I had to copy the CATCHA...I must have filled in half a dozen that were correct, but all I got was another CATCHA. DUMB, and a way of not receiving any reviews at all. I saw there were no reviews ever posted.

The employees are nice, the prices are good and there's always parking. The only issue is that it's always too crowded, you can't go in the weekend or around 5pm or else you'll be stuck in there.

I have never shopped at a wholesaler until I moved to Littleton from California. I've been completely amazed at the quality of food at Costco. I truly believe that it is restaurant style food (if cooked correctly) at wholesale prices. I've also been surprised at the amount of organic items that are sold and the quality of the Kirkland brand. In this economy I am truly grateful that my health doesn't have to be affected by my budget. I have seen the amount of organic and GMO free foods become more abundant at Costco and am confident they will continue this progress. P.s. thanks for the NON high fructose corn syrup items available for my kids. Truly refreshing!

I love Costco and always find something worthwhile to buy there by but lately I cannot find one of my favourite products - Larabars. They are phenomenal but the last several visits to Costco, they haven't been stocked. I hope this great product hasn't been continued. It was what always brought me in to Costco.
