Poor costumer service

I'm shocked by the way the costumers are treated. I wish I would never have to return to this bank.

Not the greatest in the morning

Come into the bank every couple weeks and in the morning it looks like just the window teller works both drive thru and inside window while manager and other employees just tell you every few minutes,"Sorry for the wait." As while I waited one morning listening to the manager on a personal phone call to a family member! HELLO SOMEBODY just cash my check so I can go please! Poor service! Very Poor! If I come in later in the day a regular teller is there,no problem. If they want to cut back on staff to save money, fine I have no problem with that. Then the main boss/manager should get off her high and mighty horse and wait on someone! Heard this complaint also from another gentleman who came in after me one morning!
