The best carvel store in long island

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place for shakes after a movie and figured only McDonalds was open, but as we drove past this Carvel, it was still open... even at 12:15 am!! The two employees were working hard and making extras of items, but, ultimately, they had made one of the best shakes for both of us- even so late! Great job!!

Go to any other carvel but this one!!! Owner not nice. Staff is rude. This place is TOTALLY NOT kid friendly. Oh and don't bother ordering a cake here. They'll get it wrong and only offer you $2 off because he can't loose too much money!!!!!! Really?!?!?! Will NEVER go back here!!!!

Today, May 11th, was my sister's baby shower, and I went to this Carvel to pick up the cake I ordered on Wednesday. The store was supposed to open at 11:00am, but NO ONE SHOWED UP. No one answered the phone. No cake for me....

I think this Franchise Owner should go out of business b/c he or she cannot run a store.

This location makes the best cakes! Their ice cream is always fresh and no skimping on the chocolate crunches! Pleasant service! Try them and you'll be hooked!!

my husband and i try to go every wednesday for the 2for1 special...not only is the price right but there is one employee, jen, that works there...she always has a smile, no matter how long the line is...sometimes she is the only one working on a wednesday night, but she is always pleasant and super efficient...we keep coming back because of jen!

I recently came to this carvel in desperation for my sons 8th birthday party. Even though I heard that carvel was a little more expensive, it ended up being totally worth it. The cake was great and my in-store experience was even better! The students working were professional and helpful. Although they should probably get an atm, still overall 5/5!!
