I would like to work here

We waited 25 minutes for 1 hamburger! and so did 10 other people for their food. They were very rude told one lady to hold on 3 different times when she asked for her food. Pissed another customer off by charging them bacon and not giving it to them. The dining room was filled with people waiting for their food. Kitchen and the reasturant was a mess! As soon as we got our food finally we walked out sode and saw a huge line through the drive thru. I walked right up to every waiting car and told them that they are going to be there for awhile. And three of them backed up and drove off. I didnt even get a receipt to find out who to call about my bad experience. I went froday night at 9pm 8-23-14

This restaurant is filthy and discusting!! Don't eat there.

This restaurant sucks from the employees who don't care or pay attention to peoples orders to the management who doesn't seem to care about their customers. If I could go back I'd definitely go to Jack in the box foods better and service is so much better

Tonight I got my jalapeno burger home to find that there was no bun. There was a patty and a chunk of lettuce. When I returned for a refund they called it a LETTUCE WRAP.

This location needs some help. The. Garbage cans are over flowing. The order is always wrong. You are better off going to the one at Love' service stations, Carl's food is great, everywhere else!

Mixed up my order too many times, and forget to give me my super star. also i ordered chicken stars for my daughter and it took 30 min and i asked what was happening and they told me that they ran out.

I just bought two egg/cgeese bacon for $2.70 but instead I got One sausage, egg/cheese and ONLY ONE. I love Carl's Jr. and I know everyone makes mistakes, too bad I realize that when I was really far away from your location. I have been calling the number posted but no one answered. I hope I get my rigth biscuts tomorrow for free. The tenant was very nice.

The manager at this place is a complete joke! Shes so slow yells at everyone and seriously needs to find some pants that fit her. Shes always lifting them up and stepping on them. Talk about inappropriate uniform. I stopped going there and went to pollo loco or in n out instead. Your prices are going up every time i go in. Tacky.

Last two times in a row trying to get the Lo-Carb combo.(I'm diabetic) and trying to get the sandwich, salad and diet coke combo, They don't have any salads and want to charge $2+ to make one up because they don't have enough. The attitude of the help was "Screw You", we don't care. So we went over to the Carl's on Montana and got what we asked for and paid what we were supposed to pay for it. Don't go, old hamburger meat, ordered a double got a single they put wrong toppings on trying to call and let them know but there phone has been busy for over 1 hour

this is by far the worst carls j r i have ever been to. I was waiting to order at the drive through for at least 10 minutes and they didnt even ask for me to hold or say anything at all for that matter. Wasted at least 20 min of my time for one stupid burger. Never going back

I had the worst service by the store manager, worst franch frys. I've being going at this place only for over two years three or more times weakly. Four different managers during this time and never had a bad service until now by the new manager. Good Luck if you are planning to visit this place. Thank You for your lousy service.

I Ordered ,10 spicys 2 famous stars, and 4 chicken clubs. I got everything but one spicy i drove all the way back for one spicy but they gave me eveything all over agian, the supervisor Bernice was very nice. She talked about it with me she because, at first i was so mad. But she didn't mind telling the cook to make them all over, although the cook seemed upset i let her know i should be upset. Thing is i wasnt because they gave 2 large frys

Typical blunder making me feel like Leo Gets in the lethal weapon series. While I was waiting to get some lunch I had to wait for the cashier to finish flirting with the two boys in line ahead of me. Once she was done I ordered the new Jalapeno Turkey Burger and was in a hurry to get back to work. Upon arriving at work with little time left to eat and no time to go back to the Carls Jr. my sandwich which was labeled "Jalapeno Turkey Burger" had NO JALAPENOS in it, come on people!! Its the new item all over the new menu and it was not done right?? I know this happens often in all the various food chains, but here is a handy ratings page so I will use it.

Waited 20 minutes for a to go order. 5 who ordered behind me were served. Didn't have time to fight it. Enjoy your 5.99 tip because its the last dime you'll see from me.

First time i've ever eaten here and my last had to come back to get my order right my burger was thrown together and the fries were so salty they were unedible. Service was good just not pleased with food carls jr was a big let down.
