Great store, and if you look around,you can find some great deals.

I called the store to see if a book was in stock and was told yes. Drove the 20 miles to the store and it was not there. I ordered it to be delivered to my home, paid extra for shipping and handling, was assured by the sales clerk of arrival in time for a birthday party gift. Did not arrive when promised. Called the main office they assured a new delivery date. Never did get the book.

I was waited on by one of the friendliest, helpful people while shopping at BAM recently. Emily helped me search for a particular set of books which we could not find. She then recommended a different book series and was very knowledgeable of several authors and their work. As a librarian of a small school I appreciated her help in choosing books suitable for elementary students. Thank you for hiring such courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Very good and convenient. The staff is very helpful regardless if the story is busy. All items I wanted to purchase were available and where I could see them. My daughter has really become attached to BAM for future cartoon artist reasons. I have no complaints! Keep it up BAM!!

Dont go here. The customer service is terrible and hardly any books have prices on them.

Customer service is great! I'm always asked if I need help and always find what I'm looking for. The store is kept clean and organized at all times and the Joe Mug coffee and pastries is excellent!!

I bought my granddaughter a justin bieber cd plus two books at the store just before christmas. My granddaughter received the same cd asked if I could exchange the cd for a different item did not ask for the money back would not expect it could not find the receipt but the cd was never opened had their sticker on it. I would of bought something for more money they said NO would never go back there are plenty of places to buy what they are selling.

The people who work there are so nice and friendly! They have a great selection of books for all ages!
