I've been going to this Big O store for more than 10 yrs. I don't even compare prices because they're always honest with me. I know I'm going to receive a good deal. I'm totally satisfied with their service.
I came to this place to get my oil changed . And now my oil pan has a crack in it and supposively its my fault. Ive never had a leak for my oil ever my car worked fine before I brought it here now I leave pools of oil everywhere. It had to be them who put the crack in the oil pan the was just inches from the area where the oil was change . What a mystery right yes. Bad service bad service no stars needed
Do NOT use this Big O Tires!!!!! I had to wait 15 minutes just to get someone to the counter, only to tell me that I wasn't on the appt. books!!!! When I made the appt. I told them I was 8 months pregnant and on bedrest. The guy that "helped" me was an assole and said I wasn't on that appt. list and there was nothing he could do!
i would let my kid work on my car before taking it to big o.about the only thing they can do is mount tires.good luck.i would take it to pep boys and let a kid work on it before anyone at big o touches my truck.BIG O NO minus four

i had to bring my van back several times for the same problem.the staff is unprofessional.they replaced my power steering pump.had to bring it back twice for leaky fittings.im 84 years old could barely steer my van.then the staff would even offer me a ride home while they did the repairs.i give this store a minus rating
i recently purchased tires for my 2001 chevy 4wd from youre location.my right front tire had a considerable amount of wear.after inspection the upper and lower ball joints were bad.i could not afford the repairs at the time.a alighnment was performed .to the best of the mechanics abilitys the work was performed.a little over a week later i returned to have the front end ball joints replaced and some other work also.the staff in youre front office are unprofessional.unfriendly not curtious to there customers.basicalliy i was turned away.these are not the people that i would fill comfortable leaving my vehicle with.also my father in law has had to bring his van back several times for the same problem.it looks like i will be purchasing my tires elsewhere in the future.i have always purchased my tires at big o.it seems that the problem is at the yosemite big o.customers beware
I watched these guys try to take advantage of a young man on an alignment issue. It was funny how they told him his alignment was messed up and the previous guys had no clue of what they were doing, then to find out it was this store that did the work only weeks prior. It was then funny to watch them scurry around trying to make excuses as to why there was nothing wrong with the alignment. It was enough for me to see so I left.
Very friendly. Will explain everything thats being done to your vehicle. Willing to answer any question. Greeted with a smile & hello. Long time repeat customer
Stopped by to have my oil changed/lube while on vacation in Mesa. Returned to where we were staying and checked oil level - overfilled by one quart. Took the car back and after a long wait they drained the extra oil. Returned to where we were staying and again checked the car only to find they had skipped doing the lube. If they can't handle an oil change they can't handle anything.
I've seen many of the same faces working on my cars and tires here for the past 15 years. The proximity to downtown SLC, quality repairs of only what was needed when it could have been upsold, and the staff are all reasons why I tell my friends that ask to go see Bruce...
I came in to have my husbands car looked at and there was absolutely no communication between me and the mechanic. I had to ask what was going on with my car twice. I have been to this store before and they were efficient, but I won't be back. I will go to a mechanic that communicates with me.
My car had a dead battery. Big O Tires came to my house, jumped the car, and drove it back to their store. They tested my car and found that it needed a new battery. They called me with the costs involved, installed the new battery, and returned my car to my home. I really appreciated their quick, friendly, excellent service. It is nice to have a neighborhood business that can be trusted.
