the only thing you get is a computer/no one ever answers
Worst Store! do not use this location Best Buy. Horrible Mayfield is the worst. Employees are rude, the store is chaotic nobody wants to work @ this locale . location.
Several times online merchandise shows available however when I go to pick up at store it's not available.
I called too kept ringing for so many minutes and that was it lousy....
Services was spectacular very helpful people who explain things well.
I called this location to find out some information, the line kept ringing for about four minutes , then a hang up .I called back, same thing .I will shop else where and so will anyone who will listen!
I love shopping here because they have great iteam on stuck in time, the customer has improve a lot. Compleare to google review, aurging about there product not being reture.

Great Geek Squad! There will almost always be a significant wait for customer service but once it is your turn they will take as long as it takes to address all questions/concerns. Warranties are honored without resistance.
This location never answers the damn phone, holy f, ridiculous. Makes me want to go there and destroy every employee.
why is it so hard to find your up to date opening hrs 2014
Am new to South Carolina. Went to a job interview with this company, it was raining, wasn't familiar with the area... was running late. Tried to call to let them know I was going to be late, but no answer. Arrived 10 minutes late and was told that the GM has a problem with tardiness and to reapply in 30 days. What a waste!
Tried calling for three days straight, forget it!
best buy is a great store but trying to get an answer on there phone is a waste of time. i've been calling them upto a dozen times a day for over 2 weeks and have not yet been able to get someone to answer there phone why even have a phone line for customers if your not gunna answer:(
The worst customer service I have ever had! Phone just rings or disconnects...no answering service...nothing to support a customer who spends gobs of money at this store! Saskatoon people who shop at Best Buy...don't do it! Go online and buy there but not from their store!
The general manager at the stone church location seriously needs to get a clue about how to properly run a business on the retail end. I don't what credentials she has to have miraculously landed an upper management position at Best Buy, but her serious lack of organization along with her poor customer service management will be the downfall of this location. Another Best Buy to close soon? I think if management continues to be as poor as it is now, this store is definitely in the running.

The service at this store is so poor, I would never buy anything here again. I had to wait half an hour just to speak with someone, and wait 3 days just to have my laptop looked at. Future shop will have my future business.
If I could give -3 I would. I have been to this store a number of times. The location suits me. Most often they don't have what I want in stock. I know what I want but they never have it. You get welcomed by security staff and then you are on your own. What would it take to say "can I direct you to anything in particular?" but why wuld you when you really are there for security not customer service. Then try and find staff. I guess I don't fit the demographics despite the fact that I'm the purchaser for my family. Then when I ask for headphones I get shown the most expensive $330. Pair in the store. Ridiculous! As soon as I say that is way out of my price range, I get dropped like a hot potatoe. Horrible store. I am never going back.
The store is conveniently located on Brown Deer Rd, right off the West-bound exit of 43. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. A few times I found that the shelves were not well stocked - sale items fly off the shelves pretty fast- this could be a result of the lack of Best Buy stores nearby. So I always check online or by phone, if the item I want is available in the store before I go there. Other than that, the store is clean and the parking plentiful.
The only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because you cannot give a 0. Purchased a fridge as part of Labor Day sale. Part of the promise was prompt, free delivery and pick up of old unit the following Tuesday. Delivery service called with an absurd FOUR hour window (9-1pm) on Tuesday. After getting everything ready and taking off work, NO SHOW. Rescheduled for Thursday (3-7pm). Scheduled time off work. Receive call at 7:30pm "running late, only two ahead of you, and will be there in 45 minutes." Once again, get ready - take everything out of old fridge. Spoke with Best Buy (Pacific Sales) at 8:30, "will be there in an hour only two ahead of you." What? Pacific Sales refuses to give direct number to the delivery service so we can find out what is really going on. Wait up until 10pm. Pacific Sales have gone home at 9pm. Nothing. No way to find out what is going on. Put food (that survived) back into fridge and freezer. At 11:30 p.m., delivery service calls waking up house including small children because wanting to deliver by midnight. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.
waited around for 25 minutes to buy a thousand dollar video camera and no one was anywhere to be found so i left and went to future shop
Excellent computer department and staff.
I'd rather waste my time finding a "Wiz" which would never happen then to waste it at this crap-hole of a store. It is the worst run electronics store ever.

Awful.Best Buy has grown so big service is non existant..just call and see how long the waits are..I bough over 2000$ with the precondition they would be delivered quickly..now they want 2 weeks.why? they are too busy.They weren't too busy to take my money.Service terrible,now is the time for another company to get in the field...
I just cant say enough about the awesome service I receivwd from Lauren. Her professionalism, courteous service and dedication to detail was very refreshing. Anymore it is not often that you experience this kind if service.I also want to add that a few days later I went back in (I fhink it was almost closing time) on this past thursday ans received great service from Josh and the rest if the cellular team that was working that evening.So thanks again for the great service
No customer service desk, never pick up their phone. I always have to go out of my way to get any information from then by going in instead of just phoning. Often times never helped until asking or interrupting two employees talking however all of the employees are knowledgeable and do help.
Cannot get ahold of anyone! Do the phones even work there? If you have questions you are better off looking online or going to the store yourself.
This isn't the first time I have called BestBuy to talk to a sales person and the phone keeps ringing and is never answered. Can't imagine how much business they have lost because of this failure to communicate.
I think they are awesome because when I bought the things that I needed they were very helpful, but I gave them a 4 because sometimes they were too helpful because they kept trying to help me but that's ok
I spoke with a sales associate at the 1340 Greenbrier Pkwy store about an Apple Ipad fourth Gen; 128 G color black and he put me on hold for over 20 minutes to see if the store had one in stock, after holding for so long he came back and said they were out! Another Best Buy said this store had 3 in stock as of the same day and not on hold for anyone. Bryant was so in a hurry to get off the phone even when asked if he can call another Best Buy and he said just Google all Best Buy's... What a TERD... Don't ever shop at Best Buy, their RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!
Today I wonted to buy a vacum cleaner and I choose one displayed in the store. But it was still in the package and when I asked the salesman to open the box, he refused. He said that if I wont to have it I have to take it without opening the box. --- Surprizing...Of course I left the store, I will buy my vacuum somewhere else.
My family shops regularly at Best Buy. We love the rewards, we have evev earned enough for a new blue ray home theater system for our television in the entertainment room!!!
Agreed! They put me on hold for 15 minutes after I rang the phone for 25 times just to get someone to answer!
My visit to Best Buy on Fordham rd was an awful experience. The so called customer service reps need to be properly trained on how to deal with the customers swiftly and accordingly. If I should rate their level of service on a scale of 1-10, I'd give them a 1. I've been to the best buy on Sanford ave and the service is awesome.
I'd give a review, but at 3pm in the afternoon on Monday, they don't even answer the phone. It rang and rang, then went dead. Same thing when I called back. Don't plan to go in this store, trying Target for the TV mounting bracket, instead.
I visited Best Buy in Abbotsford yesterday, 29th. January, 2013. I was extremely impressed by the courtesy, work ethic and friendliness of a member of the Geek Squad. He name is Braden. He worked patiently for well over an hour over a problem that had been concerning me for a month. When I arrived home I took his advice and Problem Solved ! Thank you, Best Buy, for selecting the staff with such high standards.
I was at bestbuy today to buy a laptop. I stood in the laptop area for about 15 min before anybody even said hello. I finally asked about a couple laptops the first guy said I will check if we have these in stock then never came back and talked to me he just went and dealt with another customer. The second guy I asked said he was busy but said he would check the stock and also never came back. So I stood around and waited for another 30 min with no help in site so I went to the front to find them just chatting among co workers so I thanked them for wasting my time ( which they didn't seem to care) and I left and will never go back. If you need help or advice dont shop here. P.S I went to FUTURE SHOP right after got help within 30 seconds of walking in the door and know have a brand new laptop

I just to warn customers NOT to go Best Buy in 23rd & 6th Ave. The customer service is horrible. Sales people are lazy and very rude. I went asked a sales man if they had IPhone 5. He walked away and totally ignored me. How to expect to make a profit when your workers have NO customer service skills. I will never go this store again.
