Replacing a tooth on a plate

They, (from the receptionist to the dentist ) are like high pressure used car salesman, all they want to do is pull teeth and sell dentures.

i have been having a great experience with Aspen Dental in Holland, ohio

This staff has been awesome! They are knowledgeable, caring, and sensitive. They even called me by name on my second visit! They worked with me financially, and there was absolutely no judgement passed. Thank you to all of them!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had a extremely horrible experience with this company...If you dont mind getting screwed over, with your pain being completely ignored as well as the major infection you may be having being ignored and a dentist who denies you care, then go for it...

Review for: Aspen Dental in Marion, IL

Best and Most Affordable Denture place in Marion, Il.

Aspen Dental in Marion, Il. is a Great place to go. The rooms are so clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Malik and Dr. Cummings are very good at what they do and their assistant Emily Johnson is great.

I highly recommend anyone to check this place out. I am having numerous dental work about every 3 weeks and for the first time ever, I do not dread to go to the dentist. They all make you so comfortable and relaxed. They are very accommodating and VERY GOOD!. 5 Stars from me. Rose Fields

Review for: Aspen Dental in Des Moines, IA

There is something not right about this place

While I do have experience with scaling, the price, the way I was treated, and the way I was sent to a specific person to have my procedures "explained" while obviously attempting to upsell me drew red flags. I will not be going back here and I would advise no one set foot in this office and opt for small local instead

Dental Visit

I was treated with dignity and respect. The woman who cleaned my teeth (Rachel) was very professional and caring. I will definitely return!

Excellent Dentist

Last week I had a filling done at the Aspen Dental on Merle Hay Road. Two separate dentists have attempted to fix this tooth before and both dentists failed. Dr. Fatah fixed this tooth for me and it feels fantastic. The staff is fantastic and the environment is great.

Review for: Aspen Dental in Cincinnati, OH

a business, not a dentistry

My 3 Aspen Dental visits were very stressful. It is a training station (at least as of last year), with a secretary-in-training, who had no one to help her.The so-called manager was no where to be found. They charged me over 60 dollars for my first visit because they said my insurance wouldn't cover it, even though after a quick call to my insurance, I was assured my 6 monthly check-ups were free.

After that I had at least 15 X-rays taken in diff. positions in my mouth. It took an extremely long time and required awkward positioning of a tool that smashed into the overgrowth of bone that I have in my bottom jaw, which made them bleed. Then I saw the dentist who merely looked at my mouth without even pushing or inspecting any teeth. They told me I had to come back another time for a cleaning, which was not specified when I made the appointment.

When I finally got my cleaning, I had to make 2 diff. appointments just to get my 60 dollars back as the manager had to approve it and wasn't there the first time. The second time the secretary told me that the manager was busy, although he was standing right behind her and listening; I had already met him before.

The last and final time I went there, it was for the 6 month visit cleaning and dentist check. After my cleaning, I was told that the dentist had already left. I was still charged the full amount for my check up. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged once again. I called the office and they said they'd change it. It never changed and I had to personally go to the office and correct the bill.

This isn't a dentist office, it's a business. Horrible management, lack of communication, felt like they only cared about my money. Won't be going back again.

TERRIBLE

This place is horrible and Apen corporate office could care less. I don't care want insurance you have they only want to charge you for non covered procedures to get as much out of pocket as they can upfront. They will run your credit without fully disclosing they have done so, they will try and sell you a $200 tooth brush and when you start asking questions they will tell you that you can go somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
