I just spent over twenty dollars included in that was a large fry n 5 roast beef for 8 something my feud were less than half full n roast beef was liking half the beef worst service I ever gad

HORRIBLE. Over half of the items we ordered they didn't have. The order taker was flustered and muttering under his breath. Finally telling us to shut up. We walked away. VERY VERY poor service!!

The one thing you want is your order to be right once you get back......every time from this Arbys it's wrong. You would think that the employee's would know what goes with the meal. So disappointing and will NEVER go back, Good luck getting what you ordered

I waited up front for almost 10 minutes while they managers and crew was in the back laughing and joking. I also heard music playing. I had to speak real loudly for them to come to take my order. This is very unprofessional and lack of them.

This store is very slow and very rude. That girl in drive thru was so rude and scream at me in the window. I only ask can I get some extra napkins. It used to be a good store a couple of months ago...
the woman rest room wasn't clean. Toilet paper was on the floor. The windows were nasty. The restroom smell horrible. I almost couldn't eat.
I came to this store today for lunch and walk immediately out. This lady was arguing with a customer and was being very rude. Who wants to eat while a loud rude and unprofessional person is being verbally combatted with you. This woman need some ethic and soft skill classes.
The man in this drive- thru didn't speak or didn't notice I waiting in line for 15 minutes. I was then pull up and waited another 5 minutes. I can't . I want be coming back. Thanks
I visit this arbys today, and I swear I almost waited 30 minutes up front. Then no one apologize for my time wasted. I had to go to the gas station and get Lunch.
Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 10 min without being greeted or anything. Workers didnt even look at me, just kept on going. Finally walked out after 20 minutes of waiting without one worker saying a word to me.
I visit this store to get late lunch for the kids and I! I was tied so my husband I went through the drive thru. The male manager there was super friendly and very fast! He talk to us while we waiting on our food, he even played with the kids. He was amazing. Our food was delivery neat, clean, and hot!! This man need to be name Mr. arbys because he is a great rep for this brand. I will be back again.

I came into this location for my lunch break,, I didn't wait in line very long and the manager took my order, he was very nice, clean cut and professional. The food was hot and good. I was in and out within 5 minutes.. I love coming to this location.

Employees damaged our vehicle and then wouldn't let us leave the restaurant because we threatened to file a police report. Food is nothing special at this location either...don't waste your time.
Purchased 4 subs, 2 Turkey Bacon Club, Ham and Cheese, 1 Italian-they were skimpy made and had little lettuce and tomato on them, the Turkey only had 1 slice of Bacon on it-very unhappy, sent email to the Company and was sent a Thank you for my experience? great company?
Do not buy the Reuben's advertised there is only enough meat to cover maybe 40% of the bun $5.09 u r kidding. Worst service in town How do they stay in business?

I love coming to this place! The workers there are incredible. One manager is such a nice lady, if you get the chance to meet her, tell her hello Julie! Great place they have running there. Good customer service. Nothing to complain about.
I have eaten there many of times and I can honestly say That their food is good, The restaurant is very clean and if asked, they will try and make every attempt to please the customer. I can honestly recommend this location for your dining enjoyment.

I went there today to eat at 6:10 a bunch of kids running and the lil boy points a straw at me . a bunch of men and managers standing . This happen twice, something need to be done.
I went in at 10 am and ordered two sandwiches. When the guy was making them he laughed and said he was using meat left over from last night,i asked him for fresh meat and he laughed again and said no.When I got home the sandwiches tasted like shit and we didn't finish either of them
I went this location on Christmas 25 December 2013 today near 6:30 am.unbelievable this store was closed .I never knew that.
My husband stopped tonight to get 2 Ham/Swiss sandwiches & when he got home neither of the sandwiches had Swiss cheese on them nor was there any extra sauces. we did get a small container of pickles & honey mustard. I called and after the phone rang 10 times, it was disconnected. For $10.03, very disappointed in the service.
If you like country music and listen to K99.1 FM you'll enjoy the slow service you receive at this location. I couldn't finish my meal fast enough.
This place has always been good when we have been there. I dont have anything bad to say. The food order has always been exactly what was ordered.
I haven't been to Arby's in awhile but I love to get there French dip and I love their chicken salad sandwiches. the first time I had their chicken salad sandwich it was huge and overflowing and thick and it was wonderful but tonight I went over there and it had 1 small mound of chicken salad in the middle of the bread. it did not even come close to getting to the edge of the bread. If you moved it all over to one side I might covered half of a sandwich so I don't think I'll be going back in spending over $5 for half a sandwich anymore.
Arbys in front beach road is so dirty, floor is so nasty, employees is so rude. Iys so slow time of year, but I couldn't find any clean table to sit. Every place is nasty here. I dont know what all the employees doing here.

Rude, dirty, and poor food quality. What more is there to say? Avoid if you can. This location doesn't accept Arbys coupons as well, because of the Pilot Station... What?!? Go to the location off of Old Fort Pkwy instead. Much better!!! Have given this location several opportunities to get better, but gets worse every time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I got sick after eating the food at this Arby's location. I didn't vomit, but I should have, cause what came later was way worse. Terrible food.
I've been going to Arby's for decades. After that much time, you get to know exactly what you get when you order one certain item. Year after year the sandwich has a certain bun, and the trademark Arby's sause, and the cheeze is the same, and the curly fries are seasoned the same, etc. Recently I went there and ordered several sandwiches all of which took the sliced roast beef.. When I got home, I bit into it, and the roast beef was sliced "chunky" style, that is... very, very thick. It was awful.
Ridiculously slow! Never been to an Arby's where it takes 4 minutes to take an order for 4 sandwiches. And that's after waiting in line for 20 minutes. It's a Sunday, and here were only 5 people in line. Franchisee clearly doesn't take an active interest in the business and lets team run however they want.
Food good. Terrible rude customer service, I'm not going to even bother to call and complain about the employee that was extremely rude to me while I was ordering through drive thru. And it was a manager that was rude!!!
Always understaffed. Very hit or miss depending on the manager on duty. Feel bad for the employees at this store, new trainees left by themselves. I like the menu. I like the cleanliness of the store. No gloves are ever used when I'm there. Is that not a health misconduct? No baby change station in women's washroom. Wife refuses to dine in.
I just ordered a salted caramel shake but the girl working the drive through made it right in front of me and took her time to make it great! Much appreciated.
While dining in your restraint today, a person came in the emergency exit door with a dog. The Arby's worker claimed hat it was a service dog but then why was it snuck in through a emergency door and was allowed to sit on the bench and eat with the lady. A service dog would not sit with the person at the table, it would lay on the floor and it would have a new tag not a made up one. Your employees need to be able to see the difference and not allow dogs in your dining room.
I went to the Roseville, MN Arby's on Snellng this evening and I was informed that they were out of roast beef. How the heck can an Arby's be out of roast beef. That is like going to a pizza place and being told that they are out of pizza.
It never fails, every time i go to arby's they are out of something. Last 4 visits they were out of cheese stix. Their response was "we sell a lot of them." Common sense people, if you sell a lot of something so you keep running out.....ORDER MORE SO YOU DON'T!!!! Not rocket science. Plus they need to pick up speed.
8/18/13 6:30pm - Ordered a #15 (Reuben combo) with extra sauerkraut and a large Coke. Live about 1.5 miles from that location. Took it home. In the bag was a dry "turkey" Reuben with almost no sauerkraut and a small Coke. Why does it seem so hard to get what you actually order through a drive-up window? Are the speakers and mics bad, or are the employees just in too big of a hurry, or do they not pay attention to detail, or are they just plain stupid? Enough is enough. The prices are bad enough, can't the quality of help be a bit better? Maybe it's poorly managed? At any rate, that's the last dollar they get from us. :-((

I was disappointed to learn that this place had closed. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was great. Prices weren't bad, either. It's a shame to see the few businesses that are enjoyable closing down. I hope they open a new location soon.
I go to this Arbys location twice a week and the restaurant is always clean. They greet me with my name and food is great and hot every single time. I usually like to sit first table close to the counter and employees are happy and the customers are happy. Being an old facilty it is so well kept that even health deptarment crowned them with the outstanding job which is posted in the lobby. Keep up the good work.

My husband ordered a French dip and potato cakes for me because I have been sick. He went to drive thru and the guy messed up a simple French dip so he goes inside and explains what a French dip is.... I got a regular with cheddar and cold cakes. THAT'S not the worst part. when I called to say hey I didn't get the correct sandwich, thinking they would apologize, and I got the manager saying to me .... and I quote " well first of all this is MY lunch hour"... OMG... I M PISSED. I am calling corporate.

For the second time in 2 weeks my order was not correct. The first time I ordered a RB & Swiss, plain. I got a RB with no cheese. The second time I ordered the same thing and when I got home, it was missing. I even asked if it was there and was assured it was. I was too tired to go back for it. Also on the survey, it would not let me complete it.

dried out roast beef one time then rubbery extra thick beef the next time ,I mean very last time I will eat there. Manager and help were rude, made it seem like we drove across town and back twice to eat a bite of a sandwich each.
The sandwich had nothing in them , and they got my order wrong . I can only imagine what the drive thru has to deal with .
My family went to this resturant, ordered expensive delicious looking food, received the worst looking microwaved junk I've ever got from a fast food restaurant. My son's sliders were obviously microwaved, the turkey smelled like wet dog. My turkey club was a mess, missing my additions I was charged for. My husband's sandwich looked so dry he asked them to remake it but we wound up returning everything. The only thing eatable were the fries. When we asked for a refund the manager didn't acknowledge our issues nor make eye contact with either of us. There was no apology. The only words spoken to us were "credit card" so they could refund our $25. DO NOT EAT HERE, IT'S HORRIBLE.

This place is a nightmare. The employees never wash their hands after handling cash or taking out the trash. The manager is very unprofessional, he eats the product's while handling other customers food. He creeps on younger men in the dinning area. And never once used gloves or washed hands when slicing the meat. Absolutely disgusting!
This was the worst service I have ever seen. The workers were absolutely rude and the restraunt was filthy and gross. The workers were really loud and you could hear them complaining about our order. We just ordered basic roast beefs and curly fries. I'm really disappointed and won't be back.

the worst curly fries ever and they even gave me a second one...out of two medium curly fries there were only 5 whole curly fries the rest were just pieces. The lobby was very messy....garbage on the floor and tables were not wiped off. I was very dissatisfied.
When we visit our local Arbys in Leland the service is always friendly and full of smiles. We order and eat from the healthier side of the menu. Many good choice options for my picky eaters. We only visit fast food maybe once a week though. I would recommend this location.
Horrible!! Cold food, Slow drive thru, rip off!! After 15 minutes in the drive thru on 5/10/13 I received the wrong food, cold fries... And upon returning home relized I had been short changed!!
I'm not from around there and I got lost. I stopped at Arby's to use the phone and ended up buying lunch. The staff was so nice, printed me out directions, and let me use the phone. I defiantly recommend this location for Arbys.
If you ask for extra sauce you get NOTHING. They constantly screw up the orders and from the looks of them they'd all probably fail a drug test. Don't go here ever
I love this Arby's, it's newly re-modeled and very clean. I can always count on this Arby's for fast and good service. My overall experience with Arby's is good and I love their delicious food! I would definitely recommend Arby's to anyone in the Janesville, Wisconsin area!
I had ordered a meal for my wife and one for myself. When I got to the drive through all I got was my order. When I asked the girl about the fries and drink for the other meal she had given me the fries and drink. When I got home I had checked it all and it was wrong so I had to go back and order two other sandwiches. What made me not want ARBY'S anymore is when the cockroach had crawled out of my sandwich before me biting into it. I would not advise going to the ARBY'S on Cache because of the unfriendliness atmosphere as well as the uncleanliness or infestation there may be there.
