Great service,food was excellent,felt at home

Very slow unfriendly service.Unprofessional manager in baggy pants and oversized T-shirt instead of uniform. Disruptive saff yelling loudly at TV over basketball game instead of working. Luckily the food was good.

My wife ordered sirloin steak & chicken and I ordered sirloin steak & shrimp. Her chicken was great. My shrimp was ok. In both cases our steaks were tough. We both ordered medium-well.

I celebrated my birthday at Applebees and enjoyed a great steak dinner, compliments of Applebees and also a free dessert of my choice - to top it off had a very cheerful, happy server who made the whole dinning experience a joy to be there ! Thanks Applebbees

This was my first time eating at Applebee s and I see the commercial on tv all the time and I must say the commercial was right the food look and taste good .I want to say also the whole staff is nice and Friendly and get your order out right away.

It was a good experience there food was good waitress was great too.

Old fort highway?!? Murfreesboro. Could not find it. Were out of towners visiting friends... Went to Fridays!

Cooked my steak wrong TWICE and I told them to take it back and forget about it since everyone else was already done eating. Then acted like they were doing me a favor when they didn't charge me for the steak I never ate. Never saw the manager and never got even a "sorry". We will never go back!!

Really poor food for price I ordered a chicken quesadilla which had a fishy smell ....our waiter was ok ...

My wife and I went to applebees this sunday 1/26/14. arrived at 12:20PM. Our order wasn't taken until 12:55 and only then after we flagged down our waiter, who said our table had been given to someone else. Evidently, the new waiter didn't know the change. Finally received our burger and coke, but it was 1:45 before we left. Poor, poor service and poor quality food.

mwe werent even greeted when we walked in. Had to ask for a table. Our waitress didnt know the menu. Food was poor at best, we didnt even finish half of our food and we were hungry. Were heading to Wendy's to hopefully get something edible to eat

Ordered take out of the whole slab baby back ribs on a Sunday evening. Got the ribs home and those were the worst ribs i have ever ordered. They were too over cooked and very dry because they were too done. When you order the take out it seems that applebees will put the worst food in the package and you don't discover it until you get home. This applebees in Brown Deer is the worst.one. the.ribs were horrible

Food was good but I service is really bad

We went there New years Eve and it was terrible. I don't know if half the staff laid out. 4 of us and we each got our entree 5 minutes apart from each other. The first appetizer wasn't delivered til after the first entree was delivered. Salad came after the entree of another guest. Won't be back to that applebees.

Today was my first day at applebees and iwas so excited to come but it will be my last time my waiter name was MB and his service was terrible we didnt receive any refills he was very rude and it was unacceptable. We had to ask others for drinks and paper napkins... I wouldn't advice no one to come here

I was very disappointed in my food and service today. i ordered a bowl of soup and the serving i got was not even a cup and was cold.i asked for ranch for my cheese sticks and finally gave up after asking twice and they forgot to put dressing on my spinach salad. this was not a relaxing experience and will probably go to Chili's next time i eat out.
