Always friendly efficient service. Everybody there is very knowledgeable and glad to answer your questions. I live in Burleson now but I still go up there to shop.

Hours may fluctuate, but within a specific timeframe would be nice. Such as are you open on Sundays? That was my question when I visited your website.

I was on my way back from Shaver lake and decided to stop by to check out this Super Ace Hardware Barn in Prather Ca. They have the best customer service and a very big variety of items for all your home projects. Can't wait to stop by the next time I go to Shaver.

The people at this store are so nice and helpful. They're always really friendly. I love that they allow dogs, and whenever I bring my dog in there they give her a treat. :) they have great selection and I always go there for any hardware that I need.

Every employee I have ever talked with there has been extremely helpful, if they couldn't always been directed to who could! Never had to deal with a manager (not sure why above had to, but....) In my opinion, for a hardware store they are unmatched in quality service!!

I've been going to this particular Ace Hardware for 50 years or more, i feel as if if it's my very own supply storehouse! every time I need something I just head on over and if they don't have they will order it.the owner and the folks that work there are great! They are never open. I live right down the street, ordered some room deodorizers months ago, ship to store, every time I go pick them up, they are dark and locked even though it is during the hours shown on the door. this product has already been paid for and I can't access it!

Yeah, Ace cost alittle more for items than the big box stores.But the service is so great you just keep going back.Truly a family owned hardware store.Absolutely the best store to get just about anything you need for your home garden etc.Another great friendly store that makes you love living in Old Saybrook.

I am a single lady and the guys there are so helpfull. I am greeted as soon as I enter and they walk me to exactly what I need. I am never made to feel like I am asking a dumb question even though I probably do ask a dumb one once in a while.lol. They are knowledgeable. and provide excellent customer service.

When I go to this store, they ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. They also carry lots of great canning and food preserving supplies like ceramic crocks, Ball jars and lids, and other cool stuff that's hard to find anywhere else.

i thought maybe they were having a bad day, but after several trips to this store i found them to be very rude all the time. i realy dont want to go back but you do have a great selection of products. maybe its my beard. i see them be real nice to some. do you profile your customers?

Today I went to return an extension cord I had purchased the day before. I told the man one of my employees had ripped the package taking it out but we did not use it bc it was to long. So I tried my best putting it back in the ripped package. Yes the package was messed up but I told him it wasn't used. The man just stood there questioning me are u sure u didn't use it are u sure by the third time I was pissed and on top of that he add just to let you know we're not a rental place....very rude and unprofessional

I like to shop here because all the staff are friendly, curtious, and very helpful. I am handicapped and in wheel chair. It is easy to get into the store and even when I can not get down an isleone of the employees gets it for me. They help you locate whatevr you are looking to purchase. They offer suggestions. Ace Hardware is truely the GREATEST place to shop.

Was disappointed with this store. The staff were not friendly or knowable with the store products. Prices are high. Odd hours on the door. Store has a good inventory but not friendly. Will shop someplace else.

Midwest Ace is always helpful. Unlike the bigger stores, I can run in, get what I need, and get ou quickly. If the don't have what I need, they can always find it to order for me.

Ace is the place! Every time I go in there I'm met with a friendly smile and helpful advice. The staff can always point me in the right direction when I'm there and doing a project.

I am from the Midwest and a sailor, and we just don't have general purpose hardware stores combined with a sailing/marine supply store. That is what made my recent trip to Maine and wandering into this store a real treat. They have a decent supply of sailing supplies like a nice variety of line, stainless sailing hardware, foulies, ground tackle and many misc items for large and small boats. I found very reasonably priced brass jib hanks, plastic sail slugs and a Laser port pocket, all very reasonable. Next time I am in Maine I will make a planned stop here!

I've been to this store several times and have also had to call them on the phone. The people that work there are friendly and very helpful, they don't make you feel like you are bothering them and they make you feel welcomed. Great place to shop!!!!!

This store is made by the people who work there. They are Polite, Helpful, and know there stuff. The store is clean, laid out good with full shelves. It is truly a pleasure going there, and unlike the Big chain stores, it is always easy to find someone for HELP.

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, but never bothersome. It has a great variety of pet supplies, including some very quality pet foods like Taste of the Wild. It has a very nice Garden Center with a wide variety of lawn ornaments and plants, etc. I highly recommend stopping by!

They sell a new product called Dragon In a Box. Made in the USA! It's a new grill/fire starter. A smart looking package. Hope it does well there. I'll send all my friends to this Ace. They really are the handiest helpful hardware people in town!

If you "don't have it" and " nope, can't get it" then good customer relations would cause you to help the customer find it. Like you said to me "bye"

I was having all kinds a issues with my pool. Found out Hilmar ACE now test your Water. This is GREAT, they have me a bottle to bring my pool water in. Then went over the products to help me. Thank you.. No more yellow from using well water.

This is a great store and always seems to pull through with hard to find items I can never find at large hardware stores. I needed a special o-ring for my pool pump and the pool supply company wanted to charge me $15.00 for it. I went to ACE, they had a nice variety of O-rings, and I found the right size for less than $2.00!

I found everything I needed for my summer cookout. All the Big Green Egg supplies I need. And it's so well organized. I love it. Going there today!

This is my neighborhood Ace Hardware and they've been a part of my community for almost 2 decades. The Ace crew has always been very helpful, considerate and professional. I can always count on being warmly greeted and offered help by friendly associates. Ace Hardware is always my first and last stop for all my household needs.

This is truly one of the best Ace stores. I went in for some plumbing, I was helped by two sales people to make sure I got the right item. OH! I also purchsed a Weber BBQ for $899 really big and really good looking. They have free delivery...

The best Hardware store ive been to. yeah Lowes and Home depot my have more and be a little cheaper on some things. But you cant beat the Customer Service.That means alot to me.

You should receive the worst customer serviced award of the year. Your Manager Rey is a poor example for your staff who is unhelpful.

I would suggest shopping anywhere but here. Ace Hardware is a national supporter of the Rush Limbaugh show and the Hate speech he peddles against women and minorities. Shop ANYWHERE else but here ....unless you are a sour old rich guy who likes hate speech.

I am very happy that I have this store near my house. I have been going here for over 15 years. It is much easier to get help here than in the big box stores, and the staff is knowledgeable.

I work at Chowan University so I have the opportunity to shop at the ACE in Murfreesboro a lot. These people are the best customer service folks around. One lady in particular (Belinda) is a gem. She goes out of her way to help you and always has a smile. It is very sincere. I go there sometimes just because of her. She brightens up a day! ACE in Murfreesboro is the best!

This is a great location and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am always amazed at the amount of inventory this store manages to carry. If the store does not have what you want in stock, they are more than happy to order what you need.

The staff is friendly and always there to help you find what you are looking for and offer a suggestion on how to make a project easier. I am often surprised that even though it's a small store, they always seem to have what I am looking for. I also love how they have propane refilling onsite which has come in handy on more than one occasion with steaks on the grill and no gas in the tank! The price is also better than doing a tank exchange at other places. They also stock an excellent selection of home air condiioner filters in numerous sizes.

The people that run this store are absolutely the worst business people I have ever dealt with.They are definitely NOT customer orientated.They are rude,unprofessional,and act like customers are a bother to them.Do yourself a favor,do business elsewhere and save yourself a ton of aggravation.Plenty of other hardware stores in the area that are far above these people.

I used to shop here all the time and thought the prices were fair. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if I were getting good service, but they don't have the same kind of expertise they used to have. Also, a lot of stuff seems to be out of stock. It is not worthwhile to even stop in Palatine Ace anymore. New owners take notice. We love having a neighborhood store bring back that family feeling.

I just moved to town and needed some items to fix up my home. The store was one if the cleanest hardware stores I've been in and the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Even tho the prices were on the high side I will return just for the convience and helpfulness from the staff

Needed hard to find part for my irrigation system. Staff helped me locate exactly what I needed and I was good to go in no time at all.

I went in and was helped immediately, so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The only reason not 5 stars is that the surrounding area is not that great. Not Aces fault. Good alternative to get something quick instead of going through rows and rows at the big boys.

The store is always neat and clean. The staff is very helpful and they have important information about their products! I had a lock box that needed a key replacement. I called several other hardware stores and even locksmiths and someone suggested Ace. They made the key cheaper then expected and gained a loyal customer!

Yesterday I purchased a STIHL pole saw and blower. The store rep Paul exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and the expert presentation he made to be sure I was familiar with the equipment I purchased and above all that I operated these items with a safety first attitude, He made sure I did not leave without showing him the skills I had just learned to operate this equiipment safely. He explained in detail the process to care for my equipment so I would have many years of safe use.

Ive been to hundreds of hardwares in mi. But this one has just about anything you can need and if they don't have it ( and it would realy serprize me if they didn't have it ) the great people working there will send you in right direction to find it ! Great family run hardware realy hate to go anywhere besides there to get things!

I have a bad experience in returning an item in this store. The tall big cashier said he assumed that i already use the item that i'm returning which in fact not. It is a solder. And when he is returning my money he slam the drawer of the cash register like he is mad that i'm returning that item. What a nice way to treat their costumer.
