Secure Feeling
This East End branch of PNC has employees that are friendly, helpful and professional. The tellers and management staff know customers by name, which gives you a secure feeling that your accounts can not be tampered with by an outsider. This secure feeling is the reason I have never attempted to change banks for any reason.
