It never fails when I go to this Dunkin Donuts that my order is always wrong! It's really not that difficult! I order a large coffee black and no sweetener sometimes I add a turbo shot of espresso...again not that difficult of an order. I always receive a large coffee with cream or with cream and sugar! Complete opposite and same thing happens when I get iced coffee. Really upset with the customer service... no longer a customer at this location!
once again I am here to complain about the DD on Eisnhower Drive in Hanover PA, I have been there 3times in the last 3 weeks and found them to be out of the item I order, What is going on here? I end up driving to the South Hanover store, which never disappoints.
I have visited the store on Eisenhower Dr. several times in the past 30 days and have been treated rude, order was wrong, and 3 times they have not had the item I ordered at all. The service here has gone from bad to worse and it isn't getting any better. All the employees are new and not at all customer oriented. There were several employees at this store back in April, May and June last year that were terrific...they are now gone. Too Bad I love the iced coffee but have to drive to the South Hanover store to be able to get what I order. Terrible for business
I have been an avid customer of the DunkinDonuts for many years and the food to the wonderful coffee is outstanding!!! I am somewhat disappointed in the job posted for DD which I have applied for over an month ago on line and at this location, I am still waiting for some type of an response!! Thank You
