Best customer service ever

They staff here are very friendly they went out of there way to bring my order to my car for me love them they are the best at this location will always return

AWFUL

I have YET to receive an order correctly since this location has opened. I ask for a decaf coffee w milk and splenda and receive a flavored regular coffee w cream. The cups are never marked with the order. I always order a croissant w/egg and bacon, no cheese, and it always comes with cheese. They are rarely friendly, if anything, awfully rude. Terrible customer service.

Excellent Service/Very Clean

This Dunkin Donuts is unbelievably clean and the people were so nice, and i received my order very quickly. Highly recommended

Terrible customer service! Dried out donuts! Yuck

They really need to get their shit together at the Dunkin Donuts on prim rd in Colchester, VT. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and they seem to not be able to perform multiple tasks at one time. Where do they find these employees anyways? In the future I will give my money to any other business besides this one! Good luck!
