I want to concentra last week. The staff need more training.The waiting time is too much.I had to wait more than 2 hours.Plus I was poke by 3 differents staffs.I was poke more than 4 times. I never had the problem before with drawing my blood. You can see my vein by just looking at my arm.I can believe they had hard time finding it.
I was at this urgent care for blood draw and I had to wait more than one hour. The staff member took me into one of the room for blood draw and she tried to stick me 6 times but she failed. Furthermore, she tried to stick me twice with the same needle. It was so unprofessional! I had to tell her to stop because she wanted to stick me again! I spoke with the manager and the manager said," she is doing her best!" I went to a different clinic for blood draw and staff from this clinic able to obtain blood without difficulty. I would not go back to this urgent care and they deserve no star! They should think about hiring more staff and train them adequately. I do not recommend this urgent care for anything!
