Took my internet box in for a trade in to a combination modem/router and they sent me home with exact same equipment I had. I even had the upgrade letter with me! The guy behind the counter had zero knowledge of the products he services and provides. Very poor service skills! Totally disappointed!
I hate the prices. BUT..I have had good customer service, reliable quick response with any issue. Both times the persons coming to my home have been courteous and pleasant.
Waited for them to come to my home. The window they give me is between 12-5. They don't show but I get a phone call that states we tried to visit you today but you weren't home. LIE. took off work for the afternoon and then they tell me they were at my home. Called customer service (which is an oxymoron) and they tell me they have to reschedule. They are the absolute worst. We are stuck with them and without question, I have never seen ANY company who treats people the way they do.
worst service and only internet service in our area besides satalite customer service is horrible very loud gross music while on hold forever talked to 4 departments to try to get to the right dept very discusted with comcast bad customer svc and high rates and the i dont care attitude they have so im going back to satilite bye bye comcast
