Bought insurance from store and was never told about 200.00 deductible and then when the phone broke manager acted as if I had forgotten I was told about the 200.00 deductible. Sold me new phone and told me he would have his boss call me the next day. Never heard from anyone. Will be taking phone back and shopping at the downtown store or changing from ATT
Went into this location to get my telephone serviced. Its under warranty and I had purchased it just three months prior. They lady tried to turn it on, that's it, nothing more, and told me to contact warranty. When I asked about a phone in the mean time she said, "You'll have to buy one." Once I said I wasn't going to purchase another one, I wanted mine fixed or warrantied, so wrote down the warranty deparptment number and pushed me out the door.
