Ordered a phone waited over 45 days for order to be canceled one day before delivery date. Not only did they take my current phone as a trade in but they're refusing to refund me my $400 back only offering an account credit❗️❗️ Horrible
I am so disgusted with the service here I cannot believe it. First they sent me all the way to Scottsdale to the apple store after we spoke for an hour about what we want. We waste 2 hrs there and back only to find out you cannot do the Next program for new customers. So we are back here in the store, was told 20-25 min, it s been 2 hrs and no one has come up to even say sorry or anything like. I certainly expect more from a company like this, the manager could at least come by to chat and ease people wait time, so so disappointed
The most discussting service, they tell you 20-25 min wait, we have been here for over 2 hours and no one even comes by to apologize or anything, I am sick to my stomach :(
