Group of 8 needing to get on a train waited nearly 20 minutes for 6 breakfast sandwiches. The poor gentleman taking our order was completely lost...but was still able to charge me over forty dollars for our purchase. This was on a Sunday morning at 7:30, not rush hour. We had to run for the train 8, when I finally told the prep person to throw what they had in a bag. I'm not a fan of dunkin donuts, but after this experience, I will never grace their doors again.
