I normally don't do things like this, however no place seemed more deserving than this Dunkin. There is no place that knows how to mess up an order more than here. I won't even get started on the coffee, the level on inconsistency and lackluster approach to making it is pathetic at best, regardless of how many times you order. Now, I am a college student. I moved to Cranston a couple years ago, and early in the morning I have a 45 minute commute to class, leaving me with little wiggling room. At least twice a week I go in and order the same thing, a Turkey Cheddar Bacon with NO cheese and extra sauce. And yes...I stress it every time. Now, I could deal with sauce problems. Honestly....if they forgot sauce it wouldn't even be the end of the world, but every day what do I get...a bun soggy with melted cheese in it that I did not want (they don't appreciate when I simply ask for a turkey bacon with extra sauce). All I'm saying is that the attention to detail is awful. I hope this message can get through.
