Terrible Service

Trying to return/exchange a product from Levi's online store was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We had ordered 34x30 men's jeans, and they were like clown pants. We wanted to exchange, but: 1. They charge you to return products through the mail, and they will not exchange sizes. You have to return the product and purchase again, without any sales discounts from before. 2. They have so few locations that we had to drive to the outlets 1 hr out of the city to return. At the outlets, we tried on 33x30 of the same style jeans, and they were ridiculously tight. The sizing made no sense. So we tried to return the jeans, and the sales person said they had to make a copy of the receipt. She took the receipt and left for approximately 20 minutes, and finally we asked the manager and he said that she has to call it in to make sure it's not more than 50% off otherwise it is not refundable. Ok... the receipt clearly shows the price and discount, but that's fine. Anyways, finally she comes back with the receipt, and says it's ok to return. But they can't find the jeans anymore because she doesn't know where she put them. So she started the return process, and would only give me back the smallest amount on the receipt. We argued saying that we returned the two pair of men's jeans, that they HAD them, but someone took them and put them back on the shelves, so finally she agreed to give us back the proper amount of the purchase. One hour later and I finally got my money back but no jeans and a lot of disappointment towards Levi's... will never shop there again.
