received 2 different sizes of already worn shoes. Tried to get in touch with customer service, was on the phone waiting for 40 minutes ("Please, wait the customer service representative will be with you shortly"), gave up. Called again in 2 hours, was waiting for another 30 minutes, gave up. Called the store, asked about the hours of operation for the Aldo office:"Sorry, I don't know their business hours." Hopefully, they will answer my phone, before a return day.
