I recieved the wrong item in my box two different shoes. Upon calling to tell the representative about the problem she did not offer anything do to THEIR mistake and was very rude about it. I was now unable to have my shoes by the date needed and had to end up buying another pair to replace the ones they got wrong. Terrible customer service.
