I've been taking my family to this location several times a month for years. This past week, my bill was a little off after ordering ice cream cones, and I found that I was charged extra -- for the CONE! Clerk gave me the manager, who apologized and said it was a new thing instituted by the owner. I left my contact info, and a week later, no call. I contacted corporate HQ, which said they forwarded my info to the owner and should receive a repy: nothing since. Never going back there again!
