First time in Baskin Robbins today, I was with my son and we were getting ice cream. I was very unsatisfied with the taste of my ice cream so I asked for something else. I even told the young man I would pay the difference. I didn't get my money back nor did I get good ice cream. he just kept saying, "I cant do that." Never even said why. When I left, I was not happy, I was actually pretty upset.
