I purchased a pair of shoes at the Bass Shoe store in Birch Run MI. Had them almost two months, and the right shoe sticking started to unravel. I called Customer Service with Bass Shoes, and she was very nice. She asked what I would like to do, either refund or exchange. I really like the shoes, so I went with an exchange. She sent me per e-mail a FedX shipping ticket and I sent them off. Within one week, I received my replacement shoes. Love it! Thank you so much for being so helpful and easy to deal with. WOW, will be buying again...
