I have had a problem with the Casey's in Carlisle, Iowa. I have had a check run through as an ACH payment with a check number that has not been issued to me yet. Then they went ahead and ran the same check through that has the correct number. I have been a customer for years and write checks for gas. I shouldn't be charged twice for the same purchase. Not only that, I have had no response for your corporate office that this is being resolved. I am hesitant to buy gas from you again. You do not have even have a way to reach you by email at customer service and the Caseys that this involves isn't even listed on your website. I could do a better job of customer service with no experience!!
