went to get my hair colored n cut know one can do the color right was three trying to fix my hair turned me yellow looked like tweety bird then manager says washing will take some color out n tone it about three days o'm'g' never going back to that shop girls need training they suck at colors.

Still Half red

went to FS in Scolttsburg Indiana. The manager colored my hair before I went on vacation. and has for several years . She did not put enough dark color on the bottom half of my hair or process it long enough, I am a very dark brunette with the bottom half of my hair still red. I tried to resolve this nicely but she wanted to recharge me and says I must have a family member that has red hair! I went in after vacay several times but she was out. The girls said to get with her on sat and I did.

OOPs stripped my hair color

I went in for a haircut with a stylists from once before. Decided to have her do the color on my caramel colored ( Dye)hair and add highlights. We discussed what I wanted the same as I have with a dark red highlight. She used bleach instead of the red color and after 3 more tries I now have creamsicle colored hair with white and dark roots and a nice orange chunk. Due to trying to darken the bleached hair, it looks like a bottle of clorox fell on my head. I am very fair and they actually made me pay 115. dollars for this mess. Also I was charged $8.00 for a brow wax I did not receive or ask for. The state license dept has been notified and several others. These stylists are the bottom of the class you get what you pay for. Never again and I will let everyone know how bad they are. I cant go out without a hat on and it will be 4 weeks before anything can be done and then I hope my hair is not ruined.

Destroyed my hair!

I went in for a simple trim, and she cut of nearly all my long thick hair, and fearsome reasons put layers when I stated I dodnt want them. She also left a painful bruise on my neck, and now I have to cut my hair that I used to love! It is the worst haircut I have ever had, and the most expensive one too. Never going to another fantastic Sam's again.

worst shop ever and worked at a few bounced checks no hair chemicals buying them at sallys perms kalita color bleach developer all from sallys not fs products turned down 3 perms this week have none in shop only shampo to sell nothing else to sell lost a lot of customers in the last year

pissed customer

I went to my new local salon today to redeem at gift certificate that was sent to me via us mail for a free cut and style and I was turned away by the salons owner because I was a previous patron of this salon. She said the gift certificate was only for new customers, which it didnt state this on the certificate. So for me following around my wonderful stylist to many different fantastic sams salons I have been repremanded and can't use this certificate that the salon owner sent me! I hope turning down a $20 gift certificate was worth losing 12- 15 good paying customers!!!

Use to buy a package every month with five of my closest friends and EVERYTIME we went in the people were just RUDE and IGNORANT. NEVER giving them my service again

Not good

I was in and got my hair cut last week. I will not go back. My bangs are shorter than the rest of my hair. I'm trying to grow out my bangs. My hair is parted on the side. I told the lady that I wanted to blend my bangs in with the rest of my hair so it looke a little more natural flowing rather than cut off or separated. She didn't comprehend what I was telling her no matter how I explained it. I should have told her to call Great Clips because they do it. I will not be returning to Fantastic Sams. I will stick with Great Clips.

Hiarcut, shaved head

I sent a very detailed description of my experience stating what a beautiful hair cut I had the first tine and the nightmare the second time, same stylist, where parts of my scalp were visible, and I didn't even receive a response from the Corporate offce, the email I sent was to Customer Service, that was a joke.

worst haircut EVER

Usually after a week of a new haircut, hair is going into place well. Two weeks later and my haircut is a disaster. I was trying to grow it out, but now I will have to shorten it to make it manageable. I don't think the stylists knows how to work with thick hair.
