I called up to your location in Hurst TX only to get screamed at by the Store manager Sara. I then asked for her area manager and got Donald Biggs 972-965-3906 and he told me that there is nothing that he can do about that. I am a Store Manager for a financial institution and I would never speak to a customer the way I got spoken to by either one of those "managers". When I spoke to Donald I got a lot of yeah uh huh and whatevers and he even told me that he didnt have a boss that I can call. I am extremely dissatisfied at the way Sara and Donnie treat their guests and will never eat there ever again.
