Cache Customer Service

So I went online because of an email sent to me I ordered the 2 sweaters twice by mistake the same exact items same size got both items same time and anyone could see it was a genuine mistake however was told no and could only be sent to corporate for further consideration as all sales are final. I like their clothing and was shopping for birthday outfits . I won't shop with them any more great clothong awful customers service

store messed up with recipt and discount.need my %10 cache visa and %30 discount code for my birthday you sent me and I return all items and I have not received all merchandise and I am passing your return dead line. ask Tyson one store manager to start over with all my discounts and %10 for visa. all is messed up.
