I went to the shop and asked for a specific hair cut I explained it asked her if she understood and when she started cutting she made it to short.later that night I found out that one side is also longer. They should have been exactly the same. Then she showed me the color swatches. I picked the rd I wanted and what I got was a black purple red my color should have not had any purple at all. I hate it!! When I left the color got all over the inside of my cost.
