After a traumatizing incident, I wouldn't let anyone touch my hair, but when I sat in Bekah's chair, I felt completely at ease. She's been cutting, washing, styling and dying my hair ever since. However, all the staff is very capable and easy to communicate your vision with. Everyone is polite and professional. I've had nothing, but positive experiences with them.
