I live not too far from this hotel and called to make a reservation because the AC in our home went out. I didn't even make it to the point of making a reservation becuase the girl answering the phone was so rude. There was no enthusiasm at all - just very monotone. When I asked if they had rooms with two beds she replied with a sigh "Yeah. We have rooms with two beds." When I asked if they had cribs, she said "What?" Cribs - like for babies. She said "No, we don't have that." She obviously didn't care to be on the phone or make a sale, so we chose to go elsewhere.
