My daughter and I went to Ann Taylor at the Mall of Georgia in Buford about 3 pm on 6/10. We were the only two people in the store. She was approached several times by a blonde lady with glasses, but I wasn't even spoken to. I had things in my hand to try on, but while my daughter was given a dressing room and had her clothes hung up to try on, I was never even spoken to. Even though I was standing right next to her the majority of the time. This lady is a snob bigger than all snobs. The lady behind the counter never came out from behind the counter to help me either. Needless to say, I did not buy anything from the store and I have bought thousands of dollars from Ann Taylor all over the U.S. in the past. I am seriously thinking about closing my account. If you hire people like this and do not do anything about teaching them the true meaning of courtesy as well as customer service, then you have a serious problem.
