Customer service in this place is horrible. Its not uncommon to wait over an hour for a haircut, even if they are not busy. The stylists are far too busy talking instead of focusing on their jobs. The manager doesn't do anything to improve the service (can't cut hair either). In my opinion, the service is ridiculously better at the American Fork store. I won't go back to the Saratoga store.
