On 4/12/14 and 4/13/14 I visited 2 BK's. 187 Broadway, Lawrence, Ma and 248 Haverhill St. Methuen, Ma and on both stores they have these huge posters showing you can now get these certain BK burgers at breakfast. My first stop I was told that the computer was down and she cannot take orders right now. So I drove to Methuen and that store first said we are on our breakfast menu and do not serve lunch now, by a supervisor. when I said that you have it posted on the window and menu, she said oh, the broiler is being cleaned. The following day I received the same excuse from Lawrence and Methuen said we are only serving breakfast once again. So I suggested maybe they should not post what they will not fulfill and just drove off. Definitely did not get it " My Way" at BK.
