Fabulous Customer Service

I called to inquire what could be done regarding my North Face jacket's broken zipper. Customer service told me to return it to a North Face Store or send it to their warranty center, and it would be repaired and sent back with NO charge. Within minutes the customer service rep had emaiIed me the required form and a shipping label. Fabulous!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

North Face has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced with ANY company EVER! I would advise ANYONE considering purchasing their products to go through another carrier (i.e. Macy's, Dicks Sporting) which is a really sad testament of your company and how it treats its customers. I would must rather deal with the kind and helpful people at another retailer that the snobby and disrespectful people at North Face themselves. Customer service at North Face needs a serious facelift and FAST going into the holiday season.
