I called to say I haven't received a package worth $80 which they claim was delivered. They said I can go a dispute the charge with my financial institution!
This is ridiculous. I shop online all the time. Whenever I have the slightest problem with anything I buy on Amazon or Overstock, they instantly issue refunds and apologize.
Gymboree is awful, I am NEVER buying there again.
I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing clothes for my grandchildren at the Gymboree store located in the Loveland Outlet, Colorado. Today, I had to return some items; tags were in place and so was the receipt. I was appalled at the nasty attitude and disposition of the clerk when she discovered I was there for a return. This behavior was in sharp contrast to the (ear to ear) smile I received when making the original purchase. I am not ever going back to a Gymboree again.
Repeatedly I've reported that their checkout has many flaws. Regardless of browser version, PC or MAC there are huge issues. If you order something that "cannot ship to your state" - whatever that means - it requires you to go in and edit the order. Once you do and get back to checkout - POOF - the order is gone. It has happened to me over and over, and because it is random items not being able to ship to my state - I cannot control this. Annoying!
