I called, ordered, and paid for a cake through the phone over 24 hours before pickout (policy). The lady over the phone was scoffing as I asked her to repeat my order to make sure the Happy birthday message was correct. She was not helpful, or made an effort to be courteous! As I was getting ready to go pick up the cake the next day, I called to make sure it was ready. ******Not only did it take multiple phone calls to get a hold of someone, the cake was never made! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
