I was at the NW 23rd St store tonight & was about to purchase a sweater when the clerk accidentally snagged a thread on her top (it was decorated with rhinestones at the neckline). Not only did she and the manager go out of their way to help me find a replacement at another store, they also gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. She was so sweet & apologetic I couldn't even be upset. Thos is by far the best service I've received in a very long time. Not even stores like Macy's are this nice.
